Do y'all recommend flexes 1/2 compact impact wrench.

I love flexes bigger stuff but the M12 stubby highly outperforms the flex compact. The flex compact is on sale right now so I was wondering for the people in here who own both M12 and flex 24 volt what would you guys recommend I have the Gen 1 stubby and it's way underpowered

Does the gen 2 M12 stubby completely replace the mid torque for mechanics?

I have the gen 1 stubby and I find it lacking in power. I know this is a Milwaukee sub but I own several other battery ecosystems including DeWalt, flex, Hercules, and Bauer. I was wondering if buying a cheaper mid torque and keeping my M12 stubby gen 1 for what it can handle until I can get the gen 2 . Gen 2 stubby is $229 I can get a flex mid torque for $90 bucks on eBay or Amazon. Or the DCF 921 for $110 bucks on Amazon which was the strongest compact impact wrench until the Gen 2 stubby. Do most of y'all who owned the Gen 2 stubby find yourself only needing the stubby or a high torque ? Or does the mid torque still have its place in this section?

With the coupon everything was 40 bucks altogether

So I typically only stick with Milwaukee for 12 volt and flex 24 volt for my bigger tools but I'm going to trust in harbor freight because they haven't let me down yet and I'm going to wait on the new ratchets and impacts to come out so I went ahead and bought a battery with the 15% off coupon.

What's your guys experience with herclues 12v mini cut off tool?

Also I used the coupon yesterday and then used it again today, so I don't know if that will work for everybody. But it does just say one item per day per person so if you didn't manage to buy anything with the coupon today and you have time tomorrow you should go up there if you're in need of something.

I finally did it . I finally got one

So I live within close driving range to five different harbor freights with one only being 5 miles away . I've consistently been checking all of these locations for this damn magnetic mat. I work on Amazon vans for a DSP that actually dispatches drivers. It's mainly body work to keep the branded vans looking nice. Well at least once a week the tire company we are contracted by Amazon to use (Goodyear) can't get our tires off because of the rust and the lug nuts seizing. So I often have to go out there and take off the tire for the technician which I always think is hilarious because I'm literally just a dude with tools and no certifications. The company I work for will pretty much buy whatever tools I need so I try not to take advantage of that kindness. most mechanics have to buy all their own tools , so I'm happy with anything I don't have to buy. Kentucky has about 15 of these right now I only bought one because that's really that's all you should need.. sorry for the yapping y'all I'm just happy The one day I find these in stock I get to buy them on the company card .

Not a great deal but I'm happy with it

Apparently some guy bought a 12 volt tool didn't even notice he was buying 20 volt batteries took them out the box tried to get them to work in the tool and then realized so he brought back two 2 ah brand new batteries and now I get both of them for 9 bucks cheaper than new if they showed any kind of wear I wouldn't have did it but they're literally brand new

Also grabbed the charger that's on clearance for 30 bucks

Flex turbo hammer drill for $50 on eBay

Apparently the seller still has more of these and I'm not sure what the deal is but they do come brand new with the tags they legit arrive dirty kind of like the description says mine didn't have any scuffs on it either. It looks like if a mechanic didn't wear gloves all day and then grab your brand new tool to check it out. Once I cleaned it up it literally looked like I took it just out of the box brand new. Figured I would share with y'all in case some people still need this tool in their inventory. I highly recommend. $37.99 plus $11.00 shipping. My total came out to $53.88 And honestly if I used a drill for my job everyday all day long I would buy two or three of these at this price. If anyone would like a picture of what mine looked like when it arrived let me know I got to scroll through my camera roll to find it

Old Makita 7 volt drill

I just found this at the first store they want 15 bucks for it I have no use for it but it's just weird to see something like this It doesn't even look like it's ever been used which is also weird. The battery is a very odd style as well

ABS light comes on once I get up to 15 miles an hour stays on until I turn the truck off

2002 ranger 3.0 two-wheel drive with coil spring suspension I recently had a wheel bearing failure on the highway I posted a picture of it but it chewed up the shaft that comes out of the steering knuckle so I replaced everything along with a new caliper new ABS sensor and new upper control arm. When I scan for the code with a OBD2 scanner the ABS code doesn't even pop up I also haven't disconnected the battery yet so I'm going to try that but I was just wondering if anybody had advice for me

ABS light comes on at 15 mph and stays on until I turn The truck off

2002 ranger 3.0 V6 two-wheel drive coil spring system setup

About two and a half weeks ago I had a wheel bearing failure on the highway and it chewed up the shaft that comes out of the steering knuckle so I replaced the entire thing new upper control arm steering knuckle wheel bearing ABS sensor and caliper because the steering knuckle shifted from having no wheel bearing and put a nice groove into the caliper. When I scan for the code with a OBD2 scanner I can't even see the code but it's on my dash I haven't disconnected the battery and left the truck reset completely yet but I was wondering if anybody experienced something similar or has any advice for me

Can't tell if this is a piece of the old ball joint or if while pressing the old ball joint out I somehow destroyed an upper control arm

If you look at the pictures it's pretty hard to tell let me know if you need more pictures to me this looks like the ball joint hasn't been changed in so long that when I pressed it out part of it is still left kind of seem welded because of heat cycles part of the ball joint stayed to the control arm. I just want to make sure O2 ranger two-wheel drive 3.0 if it's just a piece of the old ball joint someone let me know quick and I'm getting an angle grinder out and fixing that problem real quick

Interesting find at the junkyard

It's an interactive CD that was in the glove box of this ranger I was taking parts off of at the junkyard couple days ago. I thought it was pretty neat and hadn't seen it before and I go to the junkyard for my ranger pretty often. Anyone seen this before?

Co worker backed into my parked car

(UPDATE BECAUSE NONE OF YOU KNOW HOW TO READ APPARENTLY INSURANCE IS NOT AN OPTION MY COMPANY WILL FIRE ME THEY'VE ALREADY TOLD ME THEY WANT TO RESOLVE THIS WITHOUT INSURANCE)

Co-worker backed into my parked Forester 2018 Forester premium flawless no issues with it at all 50,000 miles it's an Amazon DSP if anyone knows what that is none of the Amazon drivers actually work for Amazon they're all contracted out by companies that sit inside the warehouse and dispatch drivers out to avoid liability for drivers hitting things mainly. An insurance purposes speaking of insurance I'm in upper management and I know the company will try to keep this off their insurance because the more and more drivers hit things that can be flagged and shut down their company too many unsafe driving incidents. They're just trying to buy me a new hatch and they're being slow about it as well. I work on their vans for them and handle other fleet things. Buying a new hatch doesn't fix the paint and where the hatch scratched the inside up the hatch can barely open now because the shock was a bent not to mention they're trying to buy me a used hatch because buying a brand new one and then having it painted is just apparently too much for them what should I do. I've literally never had a nice car or one that had no damage or no issues so this is just kind of upsetting for me honestly and I'm still paying on this car
