youtube.comWhen is radium gonna be back up
ITS BEEN DOWN FOR A WEEK MAN! When are they gonna get the servers back up and running?
Has anyone EVER successfully appealed a server association ban?
At this point, I'm genuinely curious.
I've spent months trying to get my account back after being caught up in a server association ban. I've tried everything I could possibly think of:
- In-app appeal
- Numerous support tickets
- Emails
- A dispute email
- BBB complaint
- Contacting Discord on X
- Following the General Question guide from this subreddit
- Providing screenshots and explanations when requested
I've seen people post about getting unbanned from all sorts of violations after review. I've seen cases involving ban evasion, child safety flags, hacked accounts, and other account actions eventually get reversed.
But when it comes to server association bans, I honestly can't remember seeing a single success story.
Every thread I find seems to end the same way:
- The user insists they weren't involved in the server's activities.
- They try every appeal route available.
- They get redirected between support teams.
- Eventually they give up.
That's basically where I am now.
I've already moved on to a new account. I've rebuilt my server, rejoined my communities, and reconnected with friends. Life goes on.
But losing my old account still hurts because it had over a year of memories, DMs, servers, and history attached to it.
I made a mistake by forgetting to leave a server that later got removed. Looking back, I wish I had left immediately. What I never expected was that it could end up costing me my entire account.
Right now I have one remaining open ticket. If that doesn't go anywhere, I'm done. Not because I don't care, but because I've exhausted every option I know of.
So my question is simple:
Has anyone here actually seen a server association ban successfully reversed? Not "my friend heard about someone" or "keep trying." I'm looking for real experiences from people who were in this situation and got their account back.
Because from where I'm standing, the odds feel lower than winning the lottery.
I tried everything. I give up.
I honestly don't know what else I can do at this point.
My account was actioned after a server I was in got removed. I wasn't involved in any of the content that got the server taken down, but I had forgotten to leave it and ended up getting caught up in the fallout.
Over the past few months, I've tried absolutely everything I could think of to get this resolved:
- In-app appeal
- Dozens of support tickets
- Emails
- A dispute email
- BBB complaint
- Following the general question guide from this subreddit
- Different explanations and approaches
- Contacting Discord on X
Nothing worked.
Every road led back to the same automated responses. Even when I sent a dispute email, I was told:
>"It looks like you are trying to ask about a potential Terms of Service or Community Guidelines violation on Discord. Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist you with that here."
I was then redirected back to the same appeal process that I had already completed and that had already been rejected.
I also tried reaching out to Discord on X, hoping I could at least get some guidance or clarification, but I never received a response.
At that point, I genuinely felt like I had exhausted every possible option available to me.
The thing that hurts most is that I lost years of history on that account. Friends, DMs, servers, memories, and everything else that came with it. Looking back, I regret not leaving that server when I had the chance. It was a mistake that ended up costing me a lot.
The weird thing is that life has mostly moved on. I've already settled into my new account. I've made a new server, rejoined my old servers, reconnected with people, and rebuilt most of what I lost.
But it still stings knowing my old account is probably gone for good.
Honestly, I feel like I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting that account back at this point.
So this is probably where I stop trying and move on.
Has anyone else reached this point and just accepted it? How long did it take before you stopped thinking about the old account?
It's my cakeday

AMA: Discord bans, unfair moderation, and support experiences
I've dealt with Discord bans and know how frustrating and unfair they can feel. In a lot of cases, support either gives copy-paste responses, takes forever to reply, or just doesn't seem helpful at all.
Ask me anything about Discord bans - unfair bans, support tickets, appeals, account issues, moderation experiences, or anything related.
I'll answer based on my own experiences and what I've learned along the way.
Please not that I may not respond to everyone, so I'll try my best.
Google age verification rejected my school ID even though I’m over 13. What can I do?
I got a message from Google saying that if I don’t verify my age, I could lose access to my account in 14 days. This account has my Gmail, YouTube channel, and basically everything on it.
I am 13 years old and I am NOT underage. I entered my real birthday and I’m over the minimum age requirement. I tried verifying with a clear photo of my school ID because that’s the only ID I currently have, but Google rejected it and said the document type isn’t supported.
Now I’m stressing because I need this account and I don’t know what to do. I’ve already started moving some things to a backup account, but I still need access to my main one.
Has anyone dealt with this before? What can I do?
Ticket has been open for a month — should I wait or open a new one?
I’m currently dealing with Discord Support regarding my ban on Discord, and I’ve got a ticket that has been open for about a month with no real update.
I’ve already gone through the usual appeal process and also received a lot of automated responses from the support system, so I’m a bit stuck on what to do next.
My question is:
Should I just keep waiting on this existing ticket, or is it better to create a new one to try and get a response?
I don’t want to make things worse by spamming tickets, but I also don’t want to just sit in silence if nothing is happening.
Any advice from people who’ve dealt with this would be really appreciated.
