I am doing a sorta post apocalypse hight fantasy roleplay with diffrent Races monsters classes and a leveling system it build the system from the ground up im hoping to get more people before we start it up if you have any questions please ask this is gonna be on discord I have a discord group I've made just need more people

So hay everyone im eric 24 male i wanted advice about how I think of myself when it comes to others the base line is that I love myself and will not change who I am for others but I also think im quite weird when you get to know me im usually quieter around new people but grow more loud and excitable as I grow closer to people and I have problems when it comes to overthink but my problem is that im sure that im to much for others im a fun person to be around when you get to know me but I feel as if the longer you are friends with me the more people pull away from me for me I feel as if at some point people just grow bored of me or think im to much And eventually leave I lve had this happen all my life over and over and over again from people I only knew in school or work not keeping touch to people I become close friends with slowly drifting away to best friends I've know for years suddenly stop responding to me one day its to the point I only have one friend currently my best friend but I also cant get the ideal that at somepoint he will leave as well like everyone else I've had the same issue with relationships they at some point just die out with how often this happens to me its obvious that I have to be the problem but I know this is a bad mindset to have and would like some advice on what I should do

I NEED HELP DECIDING ON HOW TO DO THE CHAMCES OF A BAD EVENT

ok so I plan on having a event in my rp verse happen and in that event I plan on there being a chance that something will happen if it does happen the chance of failing is 99% with the chance of dieing 76% what is the best way to decide weither the bad end happen that is fair to the seasion when the chance to just death is super high and the chance of failure is almost certain

I dont rp with dice or anything the only time I use dice or coin flips is with world chances like if you run into a enemy and how many you run into not how much damage you do or if you miss or hit I dont do that I let stats decide that

the % I mentioned are the chances of survival by my own estimation the decision im trying to make is how to decide if the even that will have a almost certain failure will happen while being Fair if I just flip a coin I feel like it will be to big of a risk if the mission fails you lose alot like you lose a whole village and all the things there

I had 2 ideals

1. There are 5 villages flip a coin 5 times if the coin lands on heads more it does happen if it lands on tail more it doesn't happen as we lose villages if you fail some raids the chances of a bad end go up

2. Roll a 20 sided die if it lands on 19 or 20 it happens

Any better ideals or do you think one of my ideals work how would you want it to be decided as a player
