I had an audio technica 60 years ago and I remember it being a really good reliable player - but a couple of years ago I went to a hotel and they had this angels horn which I remember it being really good as well

What would sound better - the audio technica with the
Marshall’s speaker or the angels horn with the wired speakers that are included?

How do I un-pause automatic downloads of a podcast?

I do listen to a lot of podcasts but yes there maybe some which I occasionally don’t listen to after a week and then they pause automatic downloads so I can’t see what’s new and what’s not

Is there an actual way of unpausing it? It seems very un-Apple to force this feature to us and no actual setting to turn it off

Series X initially slow to connect to internet on boot up?

I don’t know why but when I first boot up the console the 3 buttons under the games initially slow as the above - see what your friends are up too, some games are free and share capture - rather than what’s usually displayed there
And I cant access the store either - it just says there’s an error?
It feels like it initially has a tough time establishing on the boot up
I’ve restarted the console a couple of times but the same result
It feels like the initial handshake - even though it’s actually connecting fine - is causing the problem

Anyone got any ideas?

What’s happened to Reach graphics? Why are they super hazy?

So I’m sure I played Reach on MCC on series X years ago and it looked absolutely fantastic for a game as old as it is

I thought I would give it a quick run through before I jump into Campaign Evolved and I just can’t believe how bad it looks
The first level was almost unplayable I couldn’t hardly see any covenant at all through the grass and this filter they have on it

Not sure I actually want to play through it now tbh!

I don’t really understand the point of the captures app now?

So whenever Xbox changed their whole captures process so rather than when you save a screenshot or a video to the captures app and leave it there, now it will expire and disappear forever unless you upload it to OneDrive so you can save it - that’s been the case yes?

So whenever it was I paid for the basic £20 a year MS 365 so I made sure not to lose any of my captures that I’ve kept basically since Xbox one - and I’ve been to the one plus app on my phone and it looks like they are all there so what is the point of the captures all on the console?

They all expire from there eventually anyways so what’s the point of it? And also I can’t even find a OneDrive app on the console so I can’t even view them on the Xbox itself!

Also even on each individual games gamehub it has the info for game stats, achievements and captures which is a nice condensed screen showing it all but why show captures there if they are just going to be deleted after 30 days unless you go and upload it to OneDrive anyways?

It feels like uploading them to OneDrive hasn’t been thought through properly as I’m sure we all have hundreds of screenshots and videos but on the console nowhere to view them

Am I missing something?

Doing certain things on console speeds are super slow

So the general speeds with my internet is 200mb ish

I can download games absolutely fine with the speeds generally above

The last couple days when I do certain things like turn on my console from a cold boot the console isn’t connecting - even tho when I go to internet connects it says connection is fine

When I go to the Xbox store it doesn’t always come up, it’s just a grey screen showing there’s no connection

When I go to captures to see all the things I’ve recorded and screenshots it takes over a minute to appear

Even on halo infinite it takes about a minute for it to come up

But like I said - the download speeds are fine so why when I do certain things it’s going super slow to connect and then sometimes it even says unavailable

Can anyone help please?

Operation on L4 and L5 - a week after, still numbness in foot / toes

Hi everyone

I’m currently recovering ok after my operation, my staples are coming out on Friday which I’m happy about and Im getting around for a daily walk - only a 5-10 min one but I’m trying

One thing is I’m concerned about is as soon as I came out of surgery was my left leg was numb - they said it was due to the anaesthetic from the operation

A week later and it seems to have gotten better but the top part of my foot and toes are still numbing so it’s hard to walk to the feelings in my left foot
Thankful it’s not completely numb but just feels numbing and dull if that makes sense

I’ve tried to contact the consultant who operated through his secretary (surgery done through NHS) but so far nothing
He does about 5 surgery’s a day so I can assume he is a busy man

But going back to my point - I just praying to god that because the leg has gotten better this week that my foot will get back to normal

I’ve got 8 weeks off work so I’ve still got a long journey ahead but I thought I would come here and ask the questions

Thunder Force rereleases as a collection?

I know we have a couple of releases on the switch store through Sega ages but apart from that I wonder why we haven’t gotten a modern collection for Xbox and PlayStation?

Back in the day me and my brother played TF more than any other shmup to be honest and me personally I think 4 and 5 are absolutely superb
I don’t know how hard it would be for them to do that but I’m sure there is an audience for this

Who actually owns the IP? Would it be Sega? After technosoft is no more

When you press source button on remote - it always goes back to home?

I got this Hisense e7kpro last year and have been really happy with it but when I purchased it - whenever I pressed the source button on the remote - a pop up came up on the side of the screen and I was able to change it without going back to the Home Screen

After a software update, when I press the button it always just goes back to the Home Screen - every single time

Is there a way of getting back the old way?

Going through MCC for the Playlist achievement…forgot how f’ing good Halo 3 was 💚

Halo 1 is special, 2 I really enjoyed - but Halo 3, especially with the ending - is absolutely stupendous

In a way I was hoping no one woke Chief up really and left it be - but there we go

Bungie during 2001-2010 were fucking untouchable

Found yesterday I have the new 100% glow up to the completion list which looks very nice and the fact you can hide some but don’t seem to have the new achievement pop up style

Is this the same for everyone?
