I have a squad of 6 ICC led by a Librarian

I need a way to get them in charge range with the enemy without the use of a land raider due to not having points to spare

I was thinking of using an impulsor but it doesn’t seem very tanky

What should I do?

I’m having Azrael lead 6 ICC and now I don’t know who should lead my hellblasters?

I was thinking either a Librarian or a Luietant

Which one would be better?
