Poor performance?

Just finished setting Aurora, ABadAvatar, and everything else up but i noticed that games kinda run like shit. It tends to be pretty choppy or have decent lag spikes. Its not to the point of unplayable but it is noticeably subpar performance. Is there any solutions for this? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06W55K9N6?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_6&th=1 (a link for the hard drive im using if its of any use)(Console is a 360 Slim, specifically the MW3 edition)

Im thinking of getting a new NVME but a lot of these folders tell me i dont have permission to use them for some reason, which is obviously making it difficult to move them at all. Excluding some of the folders, I believe most of it is just stuff for Windows. So am i better off just getting a fresh install of windows if i get a new NVME or should i actually attempt to move it all?

Let me start by saying up until this point, I’ve had 0 issues with GameStop, and still enjoy going to their stores. That being said, I recently got my cousins old 360. It only had 1 controller so obviously I needed more. I order some off the GameStop website. The controllers I got were as stated: Not even an official Xbox 360 controller (to add to this. It didn’t even work), Next, absolutely filthy (I probably spent 10-20 minutes cleaning this controller), and 3rd, both defective and had a completely different battery pack (the D-Pad didn’t register you hitting Up or Right half the time, and the battery pack was an off brand rechargeable so I couldn’t use normal batteries or charge the one sent with it). I’ve got another controller coming in today or tomorrow so I guess we’ll see what happens, but as a now I’m 1 for 3 with GameStop controllers (tho it was filthy, it did still work perfectly fine, and with the reoccurring theme of slop I got sent I just cleaned it and kept it) (before anyone asks, these are listed on the GameStop website as official Microsoft Xbox 360 controllers)

Recently received my cousins old Xbox 360. Despite it being dirty, it still works. After moving it I got the infamous Red Dot of Death (not the ring, just the dot). I turned the console off and back on again and now it’s working fine. Should I be concerned about it coming back or other future complications? (I’m unsure what caused it)

So I recently got an old Xbox 360 and my first thought was “gotta mod it” , so I did. While downloading some of the ROMs I wanted I noticed a couple problems. First: when using Vimm I get an error about 80% of the time (“Unexpected error in the browser” to be specific) which prevents me from downloading it. Second: when using ROMSFUN, while they download much faster than Vimm (in my experience), for some reason a few of them get about half way done and then cut my internet. Has anyone experienced this before/have any solutions? (By certain ROMs I don’t mean specifically, I just mean some of them do and some don’t)

As of late it feels like my download speed (specifically on Opera) have been astronomically slow. Im currently downloading a 6gb file and it claims its gonna take over an hour. My download speed is perfectly fine on Steam and everything else. Ive tried enabling Parallel Downloads and ive tried "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal" in Command Prompt but nothings making a difference

This may be a stupid question, but do I have to create a games folder for the games to be saved on or am I missing something
