That's the only thing I hear in this subreddit!

"[This] weapon only does [low damage] so it's bad!" NO!

You are in an MMORPG with classes, you're supposed to take on roles for your current team! Yes, the weapons are not fitting into the current meta, but that's because the meta aims for higher damage instead of best performace.

Instead of putting down certain weapons (that a lot of people love) we aim the efforts of those critics to the gameplay loop: More variety in what to do.

Rifts should have different objectives depending on how well you perform: protecting an NPC with a remaining amount of health (e.g: 10, 25, 50, 75, 90 and 100%); beating a certain amount of monsters in a certain time; surviving a rift a certain amount of time; healing a/an NPC (hurt cats or bugs); etc.

The problem with the current meta and community is that the latter can't really think for themselves, and this is what the developers wanted to fix.

Title. Any way to get them back? I'd like to opt in if I'm getting something in my account changed. Now I have nothing to do.

Last night, I dreamt I died. There were people but the main focus of it was the fact that instead of some kind of common afterlife, you got transported somewhere wherein you could choose to study.

I vaguely remember about a movie like that. A woman dies, goes to 'heaven' and ends up in some kind of afterlife school.

Now I can't tell if it was my brain making things up or it got inspired by something.
