Why does the layer paint not stick despite me having primed and put a jokaero base paint. If you look at the power pack I put too much which makes it clumpy but if I dont do that the transparent layer just shines through, did I not apply enough base because it should be solid like the top of the helmet not transparent

If its old news I apologize but doesn't this almost perfectly explain who Zeno and the commander are? Wesker was born unnaturally thus giving the ability to infinitely replicate or produce his blood carrying his genetic code. This would mean the connections have been trying to bring back Wesker using his blood in other hosts. Now here's where I get looney, Zeno is Wesker but like Whiskey he's only 40 proof, he carried Weskers moveset, facial structure, style, and speech, but was left extremely arrogant and impatient. HUNK is in the same boat however there's a major difference being he's about 85-90 proof. He carried HUNKS voice, moveset, memories, persona, but was left immature or not as mature as HUNK. This explains him sharing the same voice actor too I believe. I also believe and without much evidence that the objective being retrieved at the end of the game is Zenos severed head. This would also explain how they can just create and instantly kill off two almost main character type people. If this is true then it'd make Zeno almost one of the most important characters in the game for me
