For context, I have Cloud, Aeris, and Vincent in my party, and I just >!got the keystone to go to the ancient temple!< but I’m trying to max out Aeris’s limit break before >!she dies!<. I’m able to manually attack maybe once or twice (sometimes more, but at least one party member always does their own thing) during combat and then I lose all control over them it would seem. Is there any way to stop this? This makes forcing only Aeris to finish off enemies without killing the party first particularly hard (as in I’m trying not to purposely kill Vincent and Cloud, I just want them to defend instead of doing anything, but auto-attack is making this a problem).

Edit: I forgot to mention I’m on the ps4 version, not the original version of… well, the original.

I only remember a select few lines and I already checked a website that helps with trying to find it and it didn’t work. Sorry that it’s not much to work with but I don’t really know how to describe the genre other than the fact that it felt kind of sad, but not blues-ey, more like oddly motivational despite the theme. One of the lines I remember exactly by detail, and it’s “why does every good thing come to an end”. The other is something kind of like, but not exactly “mama’s crying over the choir” or something like that. I remember there was a line after “why does every good thing come to an end” that was saying something like, but do not quote me, “like grandmas sweet cookies, after her last breath escapes from her lips.” That’s about all I know, sadly. Does anyone have any help?

WAIT now that I think about it, it was something more like “mom’s sweet cookies” and “grandma’s unfinished card games as her last breath leaves her lips.” Subtle, but it’s more info. Thank you so much if you know the name.

I have no idea what the line was about and it might be another song (so don’t take this extremely seriously) but I think there was a line about yellow something?

Before I mention anything, I am on an iPhone if that changes anything. So, anytime that I use my phones built-in screencasting button, it simply screencasts my homepage with some random post that doesn’t even appear when I look onto my phone, and no matter what I do, nothing changes on the tv version. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
