I will be taking my car to my driving test later this week after waiting for months, but my car has it’s engine management light on, after taking it to the garage they said it has a p0016 code, £1300,4 visits to my mechanic, 5 sensors and a new timing chain later ,the code still wont go away after being cleared. My mechanic says he’s not sure what the issue is and that it should be fine to drive and it is,there is no chain rattle or no loss of power. I’m just asking for any advice on what I should do for the test, the light isn’t visible from the passenger seat and I’ve heard that some examiners won’t mind/notice, I’m also thinking of bringing the receipt of the repair done to the car.

hi guys, to keep it short, I will be taking my manual driving test soon in my own car, I feel as though I am ready but I have a few questions

1. is it a fail or a serious fault, if I take 1 of my hands off the steering wheel? I have a weird habit where I keep my had on the gear stick if I feel like I need to change down a gear.
2. do I have to apply the hand break at every stop(traffic light) I usually just keep my foot on the break pedal, if the wait is long I would then use the hand break

3 does the examiner look over my shoulder to view my speed?

hi guys, so to be quick, I have had a iPhone 13 for around 2-3 years, it’s worked perfectly fine thoughtout my time with it, but thoughtout the past 2 weeks I’ve been getting a “There's an issue connecting to your cellular network” message, since I was out and about when I saw this message and I needed my phone, I quicklay restarted the device and it worked completely fine for around 2 days.The message appeared again and now it wont fix itself after a simple startup.I did some research on the problem and have seen it is a common defect with the iPhone 13/14/15 and could be a problem with its baseband, due to my current financial situation I don’t think I will be able to replace my phone any time soon And since the phone works fine( minus the fact that I can’t send and receive calls or use data) I don’t want to let it go. Does anyone know if it will be covered under warranty? I know it’s past the first year, but the phone doe not have any damage to it.

hi, I have a 1.4 manual corsa d, today while I was driving I heard at spring sound coming from the clutch pedal, while I had pushed it down, after this the clutch pedal feels lighter than usual, and the car is slightly harder to drive(technically I could get used to it as it drives normal) so I stall quite a few times now, just wondered how I can get it back to the normal still kind of feeling.

edit: forgot to mention l, before todays drive i actually knocked the clutch pedal when getting out, but it didn’t start feeling weird till about half way between that drive

hi, I’ve had a cellular Apple Watch Series 6 for about a year, I loved the watch but didn’t use it very often, so I gave it to my little sibling and set it up as a stand alone watch for them (using the kids feature)so they can communicate with the rest of the family while their outside, but for some reason every time I try to add the celluar plan using my parents phone it just loads for hours, if I try to load the same cellular plan with cellular data turned off, a message pops up saying “failed to connect to the server” does anyone have a solution for this, i dint think it’s the watch itself since I was able to use the cellular features when i originally had the watch

I have a 1.4 corsa d that gets 23-25mpg, I’m a learner driver and drive around 3 times a week(city driving) 50 minute + journeys each time, with 2 or 3 people in the car.I try to drive quite moderately so I don’t think it’s me making it this bad, the car is serviced regularly, and when I got it had a pull service history, Ive heard these type of cars are supposed to get 35-40 mpg

I have a 2012 1.4 corsa that recently went in for a head gasket, while the gasket was being changed, my mechanic replaced the timing chain and any additional seals and bots, however, when I got the car back it came back with an engine management light throwing a P0016 code, my mechanic changed the camshaft sensor, and cleared the codes but after an hour drive the code has returned, does anyone know what I should do in this situation?, when the car went in for its initial repair it didn’t have any warning lights on the dash, and I’m not prepear to pay for another huge job after I’ve just had a headgasket done.

the car runs fine, no misfires no loss of power or stalling, it just has this warning light that I’m trying to get rid of
