i hate getting anxious for no big reason at all

there has been an instance recently where I had to have a normal conversation with a relative of mine, through whatsapp. the conversation was about nothing that serious, or nothing that'd affect me any way. i was not saying anything wrong or anything that would potentially put me in a worrisome state, it was a very normal conversation regarding a friend of mine. but I noticed thoughts flooding in my brain like crazy whenever I had to send them a voice note reply or when I have to wait and listen to their replies. also noticed my hands shivering. for context, this relative of mine is a really nice person and not someone I'm intimidated by in any way. it bothers me a lot that this happened with me. i have felt anxiety and shivering and all that before, but those were at complex situations where I was uncomfortable and anxious, never in a normal situation like this. why do I have no control over the heavy lifting my head is doing unnecessarily and also the shivers??? like seriously??? just why😭😭 I'd be embarrassed if I were to shiver like that for no big reason in public. thank God this happened in my home when I was alone. but I really want to have control over it. i can't let my anxiety take control over me. i fear this condition of mine will worsen over time if I don't do something about it.

would it be okay to say I'm 5 feet or almost 5 feet when I'm actually a little over 145 cm when people ask me my height ? ?😭🥲

it's been a constant problem inside my head that I am actually not even 150cm😭😭 idk what to do😭😭 i refrain by saying 'idk what's my height' when people keep on asking how tall I am but it bothers me hella lot. i hate that I have this sick unhealthy mindset and overthinking problem regarding my height. 24f

why is leaving the house so hard?

it's been weeks, maybe months that i haven't stepped out of the house. ever since covid, I have found myself secluding from the outside world as much as possible and being at home. if at all there is an unavoidable situation where I have to be out, my mind goes into a spiral thinking and overthinking how I will act, what will i do, where I'll go, whom do I speak to, what will I speak and so many other worries. i cannot stop this from happening. i cannot be chill. i legit avoid being put in such situations to my level best so as to avoid having such thoughts and being put out of my comfort zone and I know it's not right to do so. the fear has engulfed me in such a way that I beleive I will forget how to live anymore in a normal society if I go on like this. more than the joy or excitement of being out, it is the anxiety, laziness, and fear that weigh more in my head. i too wish to have a normal life, with friends, hanging out, not a care in the world, experiencing joyful things. I'm just 24, I have a whole life ahead of me.I'm heartbroken I'm wasting my life's prettiest years like this. i wish there was a switch that lets me turn off my fears and live like everyone else.

Would it be stupid of me to start preparing for a law degree from scratch at 24? is it a bad idea? Is it genuinely too late, or has anyone else started around this age and not regretted it? Am i heading in the wrong direction?

I'm in a huge dilemma, would really, REALLY appreciate honest, genuine answers. :')) thank you

asking for someone I know who had surgery recently.

( a close family of mine recently had a complicated bypass surgery. Therefore I'm trying to learn more about what people go through with open-heart surgery. I know there's a lot to understand here, so I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences. forgive me if my questions are framed poorly and I hope they don't come across as insensitive any way or form. )

for those who've had open-heart surgery, do you eventually get back to feeling like your old self? Do you feel better than you did before the surgery, or does something always feel different? How long did it take before you felt "normal" again? Was it weeks, months, or longer? could you share more about your long-term experience and what recovery was really like for you?

I've never been to a kpop concert, so would love to hear from people who've been to one or multiple concerts of one or many artists. what was your best concert experience like? also, in your opinion, which group puts on the best concerts overall? and which group surprised you with their performance and energy? and which groups were not as good as you expected? which fandom crowd is the best? I'd really love to hear your experiences, little moments, the feelings, anything that stood out to you.

i used to have a solid skincare routine up until this nasty summer heat began. it's extremely hot and humid here and I'm finding it difficult to apply anything at all on my face, be it moisturizer, serum or toner😭, even at night, the products don't sit well on the skin and it feels uncomfortable. all I do is wash my face several times with plain cold water throughout the day.

in picture: Jeon so young (if wishes could kill) & Song hye kyo

was watching 'if wishes could kill' and I couldn't stop thinking in so many instances that the actress (se ah, character name) looked so much like song hye kyo..(especially her short hair look from 'the glory')

sorry, i couldnt find better pics to show it well
