I use to work at walmart and hygiene was something you could get written up for. I do spark (not one of the unsurfferables and I actually appreciate yall) and some of the pickers in my stores I spark in smell like cat urine and musk.

I feel bad for the associate. I know someone had to tell him something at this point. It's been like that for weeks. Not a one time thing. I avoid aisles with the associate in them due to this. ...

How many of yall gonna be panicking ??? You dont know how good you got it until you forced to do DD and Uber lol

Spent amost all day sat and Sunday and Friday and barely made 250 on sat and only 234 Sunday and firday I made over 400......it's definitely a lot of new faces.

I'm in Jacksonville AL. Anyone in the area having the same issues? 3 shops longer miles as well.

We still don't have the new metric system and cannot wait for it as I feel those with 5 stars are getting priority and there other stats (arrival,etc) don't effect the orders they get negatively.

All my other stats are 100% except customer rating which is 4.84.

I usually don't t spark during the week but gonna start. I refuse to spark all day every weekend cause everyone comes out. During the week it seemed less ppl

Here me out. The reason I think it will benefit us ( I do it ALL day on the weekends and sometimes during the week) and FT sparklers is cause now unless you are in really good shape I don't see ppl doing it all day 7 days a week (not trying to be rude but most of the drivers I see all are disabled/elderly/out of shape).

Also I am hoping walmart gets strict on TOS and starts deactivating everyone with groups /bf/husband helping. With all shops aisles will get more packed due to this b.s

Im seeing more 3 shops and they got me F up. Most are big orders grouped with a small one for over an hour. I couldn't imagine 4!!!

This would cause customers to tip more and also clown drivers to stay home. Aka more dough for the elite drivers (me)

I guess when I walked away from my cart one of you tried sabotaging my order. Yall stay alert.

This is why I do not like most drivers and avoid yall like the plague. So grimy. I asked the who did it and he protected you by not telling me.

Now I'll be watching. I might even leave my cart on purpose like will eventually coyote and catch you in the act......

They really need to start cracking down on teams. Everyone seems to complain about the illegals in the Prius gang yet the Americans are teaming up with their husbands, daughters, kids, etc. Communicating via text and cell phone to pick stuff across the store with no one saying a word. It's not cool that some of you complain and want people to follow some of the rules in the TOs but when it comes to this one it's okay. I know this is a running sentence as I'm using speech to text. It's getting abused a lot. I am seeing multiple and I mean 10 or more groups of teams. Sometimes up to five people sparking together and then northeastern Alabama area. I'm starting to think the Prius gang is over here as well.

I really hope Walmart does switch to all shops and gets rid of curbsides. I hope they start cracking down on people who are using teams and getting help from their husbands, wives, friends, kids, etc. If you can't do the job by yourself, don't do it at all. When you sign the TOs it wasn't to do a background on you and your whole family. It was just you. If I give you a dirty ass look in the store. It's because the fact that you're using a team. And yes I do give y'all dirty. Looks because I see y'all getting the help and I really just hope Walmart does start randomly banning people. AKA deactivating all of you and I really hope that some of you that are using help are not depending on this as a full-time job since you know you guys are most likely living day to day. As far as pay is concerned, you know who you are. If Mom and Pop can go spark alone and struggle I see them in the store. Then you young m************ who got your kids and daughters and husbands helping. Should be doing it alone as well. I really think it's messed up and I really think spark music to start cracking down on this and if I order from Walmart and I see this and my home you better believe I'm going to give a one star rating. Start doing it by yourself. I don't want to hear excuses about I'm disabled. I am also disabled. I do it alone. I don't get help. I also could get a team as well but I refuse to do so because I know the band hammer's coming for all of you. Ran over

Wtf happened?!!! Use to be on point orders brought out in less then 5 minutes. Now? Waiting over 30 minutes sometimes more!!! Last night was horrible!

They cost me my completion percentage due to canceling (I think they were buffing their stats and prioritizing customer pickups) weny from 100 to 97 and I ainy happy about it cause I rarely cancel.

They need to speed the F up. Also the algorithm faulted me and started giving me crap after they canceled 3 in that day and the last one I cancelled due to wait times.

Live and learn. Next time im avoiding curbside in the early pm
