Need some recommendations on my best course of action. We recently inherited a house and the back fence is slowly falling into the back alley year over year. We plan to move out next year. Just need some sort of fix for a year or two.

This will be our first year owning a home what kind of fertilizer do most people recommend to keep the lawns happy and healthy will minimized weed growth potential?

Looking for a car or suv (no trucks) that can fit me (im 6'9). Cannot have a cvt transmission and must have all wheel drive for the Canadian winters. Have a range of around 25-30k CAD looking into 2020-present vehicles any recommendations or vehicles to avoid in these years?

Just a general curiosity question as I havent been able to go by the Lawyers yet. Today we recieved an email from our lawyer that we were granted probate. My wife is the sole beneficiary as well as the executor so now that probate has passed what is our next steps in the process? I.e Land titles, car title, bank account transferring, bills transferring, etc?
