A few dresses that I own and love
I have an evening birthday dinner coming up and was having a hard time deciding what dress to wear. Decided on the floral one, but just wanted to share them here 🥰

I just recently started shooting, I’ve been terrified of guns my entire life. I’m shocked at how much I love it!
I have a Glock 19 and I’ve been dragging down and to the left when firing. I started practicing dry firing with a friends recommendation and holy cow that’s been so helpful. Without the explosion I could see clearly I was dipping the gun down when I pulled the trigger.
I thought I narrowed it down to trigger isolation, that I was wrapping my finger around and through rather than a straight pull but I still have the slightest drag down.
Is it just a matter of keeping at it, or is there some magic secret I’m not aware of to not pull down?
Thank you!!
I’m a 49 year old brown belt and recently have been experiencing some injuries. Nothing structural, rather nerve issues. I’m also getting a lot of muscle spasms…and man I hate tapping because I’m getting a cramp in my foot or leg lol
For the older grapplers here, mentally how do you not get down? I drilled yesterday, hard. Rolled but started feeling the muscles cramp so I decided to sit the rest of the rounds out. And I just felt shitty about it. Like I was being a little baby but I know better at my age to push it.
I have great grappling partners and I’ve told them I can go 40% and they respect it…but inside I struggle with how being more gentle feels.
Anyone who has dealt with this, how do you keep your head in the game in a positive way?
Thank you and OSS!
I thought my outfit was super cute today so I wanted to share 🥰
I felt like an absolute queen in my new dress yesterday. Summer dress season is the best
Won’t break the rules again! But I turn 50 in February and it’s pretty surreal. What are the best parts of the 50’s? I’ve deeply enjoyed my 40’s ☺️
I follow the aging subreddit and so much of it is negative, especially around women aging. I personally feel like I’ve gotten more attractive and powerful as I’ve gotten older. I’ll be 50 at the beginning of next year and the number feels wild to say out loud but I feel great.
Also, I think there is this equivalency between being called pretty and youth. And that once you’re young you aren’t going to be seen as pretty. I really don’t care about being seen as pretty. I see myself as striking, regal and powerful. Princesses are pretty. Queens are regal. Even in jeans and a T-shirt hahaha
Thoughts my fellow Gen X queens? I guess you millennials can comment too ;)
We are best friends, absolutely could not live without him ❤️
No make up, just sunlight ☀️ Happy Friday ☺️
Been trying to get my stems to match my arms. They are WAY darker 😭… need to wear shorts more often ❤️
Happy Summer y’all ☺️
Had a date night and saw Backrooms last night. It was complicated and interesting but Obsession is a masterpiece (if you like scary movies!)
