Been printing TPU perfectly for months, then suddenly every print looks like this. I've cleaned everything, replaced parts, checked settings. I just can't work it out.
Fully dried for 10+ hours before each print cycle and is pulling directly from the dryer.
Any ideas what I'm missing?
Had this working fine for a few hundred hours of printing at this point but Friday came back and it had just stopped extruding.
Did all the usual checks and maintenance, cleaned everything, taken it apart and found no filament residue, changed the nozzle and still I can't get it to work.
Every time I think I got it sorted it gets about 5 mins into a print then just stops and clicks and won't extrude anymore.
Tried removing and tightening every screw and the nozzle clip is in the correct position.
Anyone got any ideas here please?
Just printing in standard stock PLA and Sunlu PLA+.
I have 24 in this new cohort to find placements for and for the life of me I cannot find a single one. No one wants under 18's working in that kind of role and I'm getting nothing but rejections.
