Is my chopsticks holder racist?

We inherited some ceramic figurines from my wife’s mother and this is one of them. We use it to store our chopsticks.

My brother was visiting and he said it’s racist. Is it?

Ivan Hoe, the Saxon nobleman attempting to redress the damage that Good (Bad) king John, of the Plantagenet dynasty, was doing to the native Saxons populus.
