1600 mile 2017 Scat with rebuilt title

Worth 30k?

I couldn't get an exact answer but from my understanding the car was stolen off a dealer lot when it was new & taken for a joyride. Current owner bought it from auction in 2018 and garaged it (elderly gentleman).

The paint has got a lot of little scratches and some big spots of sun fading + cloudy spots, there's also a line on PS pillar that looks like a crack or possibly just a bad touch up paint job.

Other than that the interior is immaculate, fires right up sounds amazing drives amazing.

I'd usually never touch a R title car with a 10 foot pole but this one's got me interested. What would be fair for this car?

I just picked this car up today, it's been in storage for years. I've got fresh gas in it (few gal of premium) and a new fuel pump.

It has an Offenhauser dual port manifold and what looks to be an Edelbrock Performance 1400 carb on it.

I have never owned anything carbureted before and need some guidance. The car fires up fine, idles high on cold start up at around 2000rpm until you hit the gas or go in gear. Then it idles around 600-900 rpm give or take. It feels pretty smooth when you are barely on the throttle but anything medium to hard throttle, or sudden stab of the go pedal, and the car falls flat on its face and hesitates.

There's a linkage on the side next to the actual throttle linkage that looks to control a separate set of blades that is totally lose.

Anything stand out as wrong in the video? Just want to get it dialed in and running smooth. Thanks for any advice!
