Today's roast was Hawaiian Ka anapali Estate Maui Mokka Natural from Burman Coffee. Originally the beans appeared to be the same size, but that changed quickly. About 5 minutes in the smaller beans turned dark, but not a normal dark from roasting, but I dont know how to explain it. I pulled it at 6minutes 45 seconds, DT was 1 minute 45 seconds, moisture loss was 15.44%

This bag of beans was from a variety pack of 3 1/2 lb Hawaiian varietals, so I only had that one shot at this roast. Hopefully they taste better than they look

I roasted one just into 2nd crack 16.08% and the other is a medium 14.22% 1min 45sec DT

I plan to try each separate, then as a blend

I ordered something from Walmart.com and it's coming from China. When I checked the tracking today, it appears that it arrived in the US on the 21st of June and cleared customs on the 23rd. Maybe they shipped it in a DeLorean
