Is there a way to get recovery time alert during training?
Hi! I played Beat Saber really hard last Tuesday:
My Forerunner 55 told me that I have to recover for 69 hours. 31 hours left, and I still feel that I have to continue resting.
I usually play/train for 2.5-3 hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
I wonder if there's a feature that will notify me about a target recovery time? Like "that's all for today, you exercised enough, you'll need to recover for 48 hours".
Or should I just plan all-out sessions on Thursdays and try to exercise easier on Tuesdays and Sundays?
