I closed my account 6 months ago and now i need acopy of my sales report or 1099k, is there any chance to get that after the account is closed?

Lets say i have usdt and trust wallet, can i swap usdt to bitcoin inside the app and then send it to another wallet?

I have a very small hernia, less than 1 inch right at my belly button,90% of the time i cant even feel it, only when my column is full i can feel it. Usually i have no problems with any pain just sometimes and then only in the morning after i went poopy,i dont know what causes it but i have cramps then that are the worst pain i ever had, at that point i cant even touch my hernia thats how bad the pain is. My only way out is laxative,i lay down,feel a rumble in my belly, go poopy again and the hernia bulge and pain is gone. This can happen once a week,once a month or not happen for a whole year.

I had a ct and met my surgeon,without the ct he couldnt even tell i have a hernia. He said it will take him 30min to repair, im not worried about that. My problem is the recovery time.

Im a private Chef and work between 5 and 6 hours a day. No heavy lifting or stress,i cook for 2 people. They are out of town in August for a week and that would be basicly my only chance to get it done.

It it possible to be fine within 1 week, this is the easiest job ever,i live on property and work from 10-1 then 4 hour break and then 5-6:30.

Im a Chef for 25 years, i know exactly how to handle food and what is safe to eat. My ocd makes me wash my hands hundreds of times during the day. Im on a 32 year vomit free streak.

I know about noro since 1,5 years and before that i never really cared. I was scared of vomit of course but now im on a new level.

Its only at night that i cant sleep because my ocd brain keeps telling i have noro. I take 2 zofran and sleep like a baby.

Me and my wife have been picked for a audit. The letter was sent on 5/11 but its not yet here. We changed our adress 3 months ago but online it still shows the NC adress so the letter will never arrive.

I tried to call them now 100 times but nobody answers.

They want a respond to that letter by 6/11 and i start to ask myself how are we gonna do that.

Is there a chance to still be approved in person after being denied online for a personal loan?

I have 6 different loans at the moment,all at 30% apr. I just paid off all my credit cards. I have now a appointment with my bank to see if i can consolidate with them. Every month i pay 850 just in interests. My dti is only at 26% so thats at least something.

The worst pain of my life

It all started 4 years ago. I woke up and noticed a bulge at my belly button,like a marble. I was in pain and from that moment on it got only worse. The pain got so bad that i crawled on the floor and just wanted to die.

I had a infected tooth once and a sinus infection at the same time,well that was fun compared to that constipation pain.

So i crawled to my car and drove to the doctor, they where shocked how i was on my knees asking for help.

The Dr touched my stomach and said it might be cancer and sent me to the hospital to get a CT. Fast forward,it was not cancer just constipation. They gave me laxative and everything was fine,like nothing happened.

From that day on i had the same pain over and over again. Sometimes once a week,once a months ect. Always that little marble at the belly button,always in the morning. But at least i knew how to solve it,as soon as i get that pain i would take laxative right away so i only had cramps for like 20min.

Fast forward,its 2024 and i meet my wife, i changed my diet completely. I drink now 2 gallons of water every day,eat healthy,take fiber gummies and excercise do yoga ect.

The pain went away it seemed,then 1 year later, im a new person and wake up in the morning and could notice right away the pain crawling up on me,so again i take laxative and im fine within 1 hour.

But that was weird, how did that happen out of the blue again,its crazy.

So i schedule a ultrasound for my marble belly button and hope its a hernia so i know at least whats going on. But guess what,everything is fine,no hernia. Again it didnt happened for a year.

Just this morning it happened again but how is that possible. I dont eat any crap but still something must trigger it and the fact that its always at the same spot at the belly button and only in the morning is just so strange and then all it takes is laxative and im like new.

The fact that it didnt happened for a whole year is also not helping.

I dont know what to do anymore.

UPDATE: Had a CT this morning and they finally found the very small hernia.

As of now its super random, i can have it once a week and then go a whole year without it.
