Games are often steamroll, rarely get close games.

Is the game algorithm truly random and fair? I have so many games where my opponent gets the blank and S tiles early in game to make sweeps and I never get the chance to catch up the point gap.

On rare games I win, it's also me steamrolling the opponent by 100 points or so without any chance of them catching up.

It feels like the game is always favoring either player to push for one-sided games.

So is it finally fair to say Fahkumram is too strong?

Everyone's been saying how Fakh is extremely linear, yet Ulsan could barely step him. Raef was literally spamming WR3 and Ulsan was forced to hold back while getting chipped way. Same thing happened with Rangchu (granted it was a mirror match).

Another thing about Fakh is it takes so much effort to punish him optimally. Even when Ulsan called out the 3,4~4 and he could only get a squeeze in 10f punish instead of a launch at times. Also, 3,4~3 should be further nerfed, it should never clip.

In case anyone think this is a rant, I use Fakh myself and I was shocked how easy it is to locked people into a vortex.

The forced showing of your Google app search history is one of the stupidest change

Why do I need all my history appearing there? All the possible embarrassment when you accidentally click the google search app beside your acquaintances?

Not sure when was the update, previously you could still toggle it in a way it doesn't show.

But the Google app search history is now linked to your "Search services personalization".

If you want to disable your history from showing, you have to disable that setting. Guess what? That also disables your Google Maps history function. (and probably many other useful function as well)

I absolutely detest how they are forcing all these privacy settings under one big umbrella in which you either use it all or don't.

Google app search history example.

You don't allow us to hide the search bar, you don't allow us to change the search bar to another app, the least you could do is made the search bar NOT INTRUSIVE TO USE.

Everyone is god∞ mod is surprisingly useful.

I think the mod was made as a joke.

But it's actually useful as it hides everyone's rank, which feels more like the old arcade experience where you have no way of knowing the real skill level.

It also take away the mental edge for me personally, I see someone a few ranks higher than me, and I kind of play differently, it's stupid but I can't help it.

Also, if anyone is taking request, please make a "everyone is beginner/1st dan" mod, I think it's even nicer/funnier.

What base town should I choose in Taitung for multi-day scooter trip?

I generally love quiet, small towns (like Chishang), mountain/valley landscapes, and coastal riding. My plan is to do multiple day trips rides to places like Chishang, Dulan, etc.

- Which town would be the most practical base for scooter trips? I want easy access to both the coast (Route 11) and the valley (Route 9) without excessively long daily rides.

- How is the weather in mid/late September compared to northern Taiwan? Is it generally drier, or should I be concerned about rainfall/typhoons?

Best town to base in near Taitung for exploration?

My original plan was to base myself in Hualien but after reading around regarding Taroko Gorge's earthquake damage, I was thinking maybe to base myself in Taitung.

Which town will serve as a good center point to exploration via scooter? Is Chishang a good option to serve as a base as I go out for different day trips via scooter?

I will be traveling with a luggage, so I can't really stay at a different town every night as I can't ride around with a giant luggage! Can't drive either.

Trying to beat opponent at their own game is my most common mistake due to ego

For example if my opponent's playstyle is aggressive poking without respecting frames, I would get annoyed and try to mirror his style just say "hey I can do this too".

Another example, if my opponent is forcing stance mixups, I would get too invested and try to prove to him I can guess right, that I have the mental edge, instead of playing smart like preventing the situations that leads to free mixups, or option select.

How many of you are guilty of this, or is it just me?

Guardbreak from stance is the worst addition to this game.

It's cheap as shit and awful. The only guardbreak that should be allowed is Shaheen's where he has to charge by holding D for 40f. Even then, his reward from landing one is minimal at best.

Also, why does Steve has a launching guardbreak? Why should guardbreak even launch? Stance 50/50 into guardbreak is obnoxious enough.

rant over.

hate to be that guy, i absolutely detest people who don't rematch close sweaty matches.

Extremely close games that could have gone either way, games where you start exposing their flowchart and they bail.

Downloaded a lumma stealer accidentally, threat was automatically removed, am I safe?

As per title, I got careless and blindly downloaded a file that was apparently a lumma stealer exe.

However even before the file download was complete, windows defender notified and quarantined the file immediately. Is it safe to say nothing has happened because I've yet to run the exe file?

How is this the main sub for Tekken and yet there's barely any info regarding tourneys?

No information about tournament schedule and timings, no pinned post about tournaments other than the live stream link itself on the day it happens.

Complete zero information about the upcoming tournaments as well.

I finally understand what you guys meant when you said the auto transition to stance is bullshit

I tried learning a new character, and thought Leroy looked interesting.

Holy fuck, all the moves that leads automatically to stance is obnoxious, it's fucking ridiculous that the moves transit to stance instead of going back to neutral. Why do we have to go into stance THEN cancel into neutral?? Why can't I poke and MOVE around and occasionally transit into stance to create pressure?

I don't think I've felt anything more un-intuitive as this.

Ko Lanta in July, are most places closed?

I've been to Krabi many times, even in the monsoon (Oct), and I still find places open.

However, this would be the first time going to Koh Lanta as I would like to try somewhere quiet and laid back.

My only worries are reading the mix answers online. Some say it's way too quiet to doing anything in the low season, while others said that July is mostly fine. Can anyone with more recent experience chip in?

*I am mostly into just exploring the island on my own, do some hikes, visit some quiet beaches, etc. None of the island tours or diving.

Question for those with the 3D printed cases, is it bulky to hold?

I kinda like the look and the full covered casing, especially the front buttons being protected inside the shell. But so far all the 3D printed cases I've seen, seems to be rather bulky, are they even thicker than a phone with case?

Thanks!

I'm no audiophile, and I've long since changed to using wireless earbuds.

But my memory of the Shure SE215 was that it was some comfortable for side sleeping, and I am looking to get one for it. Earbuds always hurt when I sleep on the side with it.

Are there anything that's cheaper and better in the market? I'm aware there are a lot of Chinese IEM that sounds insanely good, but I'm unsure where to start.
