Hello internet friends, these are pictures of a snake plant that lives in my daughters room. There is new growth and one very strong leaf, both of which give me hope. Would it be smart it cut or support the falling leaf? I’m open to, and grateful for, any and all thoughts. TIA!

Hi all, this sub was really helpful with helping me decide to add a prestige 500 to my backyard so here’s a little something to say thanks. I received this grid as a free upgrade from Napoleon with the delivery of my grill, however, it’s the wrong size. Customer service swiftly sent me the right one so I’m giving this one away to someone who will use it. I’m asking for shipping costs to be covered and only want to send it within the lower 48 states. It’s 9” x 10.5 & there’s a photo here.

Car was back in the shop, an hour away without traffic, last week and had a rear door latch replaced…again. Today the door was acting wonky and wouldn’t you know, the interior panel has come off.
There have been regular issues since I picked it up 2.5 years ago, though most have been regarding the door latches. 6 more months on the lease then I’ll be free of this POS. 😖🤬😖

Edit to update: the service manager is sending me a loaner and having my car picked up. They will bring the car back after the service is complete.

So I received this stainless steel grate in the box with my new Prestige 500 along with the letter about it being a complementary upgrade. It was right on top, first thing I saw when I started the project of assembling the grill. Thought it was cool but didn’t fully understand what it was for, not until I realized it was the wrong part and didn’t work with my grill. I didn’t really care and wasn’t in any hurry to do anything about it because the grill is awesome and I’ve been having so much fun cooking with it.

This week I got an itch and started reaching out to Napoleon to see if I could get the right grate. Took a few tries but finally connected with an agent today and my cell phone dropped the call. I called right back but was interrupted by the agent calling me! Matthew was awesome! Very nice, understanding and quick to set up the right part to ship out this week, no charge.

I’m lucky in that my “issue” sparking a call to Customer Service was not interfering with my use of the grill, which I also know has a lot to do with my overall experience. Just wanted to share and give Matthew a show out for being awesome.
