" not adhd but anxiety "

Tldr; told just anxiety. Treatment not working. Struggling with ADHDlike symptoms. Help.

I've known I've had anxiety for years. It's at a barely there level now. It's also only specifically anxiety about the ADHDlike symptoms but I was told the ADHDlike symptoms are apparently caused by anxiety? Anyways I've had therapy for years and it isn't helping. Therapist doesn't want to let me go on anxiety meds because of the fact I have a super low anxiety score anyways. IM struggling with the ADHDlike symptoms and I don't know what to do? Any tips?

Anyone have any tips or resources?

Is there any way to learn through texting others (a bit like that dulingo story text feature that they have for certain languages)? I think something like that would be good? And any begginer tips please share!

Cavities?

I can't edit to circle the ones in question. But image one has black dot on back of the tooth. Image two has a slight dot of grey. And image three is that tooth that looks broken? I had fillings and tooth removal done via surgery and these have been like this since the day after surgery (the first time I had looked at my teeth after the surgery) anyone able to help? Can tooth decay as fast as a few days?

Test came back negative

Tldr; test came back no ADHD just anxiety and a 'lack of discipline'.

Just when I thought things could get better for me. The test came back as not ADHD and instead a 'lack of discipline' and anxiety. They said they can treat the anxiety but anxiety is the only thing getting me through doing any tasks at all. I can't function. What am I even supposed to do now?

What if it's a no?

I'm scared. What if my assignment comes back as no ADHD. What would I even do. I cant even function properly or do anything. What if I'm stuck like this forever. I need this diagnosis so I can get help.

But what if I don't have it and I just have these ADHD symptoms for no reason?

Tldr; what if test comes back no and I have symptoms still?

Need more evidence help me?

So not saying age but I need to have school talk to assessors. Assesor said that 'to meet threshold I need school evidence' but no one at my school actually knows me well enough. It's also been a few years since I attended the school so they likely don't remember me. Aswell as the fact when the assessor contacted the school and they said they have no records of me being there. What do I do?

Edit: NHS by the way (not RTC just NHS)

Boredom with ADHD

When I'm bored it doesn't feel like just a little annoying. It's like torture mentally and physically its impossible not to be able to do anything. I cannot endure boredom I have to do something. Is this a ADHD thing?

I also get really annoyed and irritated when bored too, I will literally argue with anyone around me.

If it's a ADHD thing any tips? And if not then still any tips/why am I like this?

Exams and adhd

I wish I had been diagnosed already. I wish I could have had meds.

I haven't been able to study until the night before my exams and after doing them I know I could have done better if only I had studied.

I hate how I can't do anything.

Anyways only a few weeks until my ADHD results should be back. Hopefully they come back and I can get started on meds pretty quickly.

Audhd Vs ADHD?

What would be different between audhd and just ADHD alone? I have ADHD and I also struggle with sensory and social issues. And I don't want to pay for a autism assessment if I don't have it of course, but I don't want to not have an assessment if I do have it. I want to understand myself better. Thank you to anyone who answers and I'm sorry if this is a dumb question!
