Help me understand men's mental health better

Hello, I am Shanaya Jena, a Master's student in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counseling Practice) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

As part of my dissertation, I am conducting a research study on:

Gender Norms, Emotional Well-Being, and Help-Seeking among Young Indian Men.

Who can participate?

Cisgender Heterosexual Indian men.
Aged between 18 and 25
Residing in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata.

Your participation matters as it would help me understand and maybe contribute to men's mental health, which is a topic that does not get enough attention in India.
