I have been working on some character design/modelling in blender to get better at it, what could I improve and do better?

I am trying to get into character design and modelling. I have done some creature design and modelling before but want to try and do characters/humans. Here are some examples of the work I have done, let me know what I could do to improve the models further and make them better than they are.

I appreciate any feedback!

Stylised Pirate Captain - Blender

This is a stylised pirate model I made in my free time to get more use to character modelling, as well as practicing with human designs, styles and what I can achieve with my current skill in character modelling, without sculpting (since I use to use zbrush but since I finished college i dont have access to the license anymore, and I dont know blender sculpting that well). Let me know what you think and what I could improve/do better. Thanks!

Lethal Company employee - slightly stylized them

I decided to practice on human characters some more, stylised of course since that's what I want to focus on more. Here, I decided to practice with a lethal company character, the employee (assuming they are human). I decided to stylise them whilst keeping to the main design. I don't think it turned out that bad and the model is decently optimised. Let me know your thoughts!

Hey, I am currently designing an environment. Can I have some honest feedback on whats possibly good and what could be improved?

For context, I am making a small game currently, a horde survival game. One of the maps is a abandoned desert town map. Here are a few screenshots i have put together of what the environment looks like as of now. Are there any suggestions as to what I could improve or whats overall bad or good? Dont be afraid to be completely honest, so i can improve and be better

Also for comparison, its a remake of this map i made in college last year: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/rl5w05

Need help with a UI issue

So when the player dies, as you may see its meant to take you back to the main menu once you press 'return to menu'. However, even though im on the main menu it keeps flashing over and over again and its really annoying. How do i fix this?

To anyone who has an idea pls let me know, I would appreciate it alot thank you!

This is my final college project, before i progress onto university. I decided to make a shark with ice armour, in the style of sea of thieves. I tried to match the style to the best I could, so I hope others can or agree, or at least see it.

I sculpted in zbrush - retopology in blender - unwrap in blender - texture in substance painter - render in blender (will be rendering in UE5)

Since I had to animate this (not done currently) I went for a higher poly count, which the overall model including the ice comes out to 47K polys, which is alot but meets the criteria of it being under 50K

I hope you all like what I have produced, im open to critisism, as i always want to get better!
