Looking for a rental

Hello everyone

I wanted to reach out to all of you on this as I am moving from Colorado with my family next week. I have a family of 5, including a 12yo, 11yo, and a 3 month old. Between my husband and myself, we make 7k monthly. Our budget is between 2300/2600 a month. Looking for a 3 bedroom or more but at least a three bed. My question for you is this: Do you know anyone who is known to or is willing to work with someone who has rental debt and is on a payment plan to pay it off? We aren’t particular on if it’s a complex or a private individual. Back in 2025, we were two blocks from the Annunciation school shooting, which shook our family to the core. As such, we sadly had to break the lease we had in order to move. We were making regular payments (proof can be provided) to our landlord up until the point he sent our account to collections after a few payments.

We are now currently on a payment plan with the Creditor to resolve this debt. Beyond this debt we have no major utility debt or notes to speak of on our credit report. We are willing to do whatever is needed to obtain housing sooner rather than later, including a monthly fee added to the rent, an increased deposit, prior rental references confirming that we have been good tenants and always paying our rent on time, etc. if that will help our cause. I thank you all for your information and input.

  • Opening Act: Caety Sagoian

  • Main Act: Nite Wave

  • Food Truck Lineup: Fil Up!, Sugar + Spoon, Finn Anthony's & Swagg-n-Wagon Wings & Things

  • Location: Park at Bothell Landing Outdoor Amphitheater

  • Showtime: Opening act will begin at 6:00pm, followed by the main act at 7:00pm. 

  • Seating: Seating is first come, first served. There will be both amphitheater seating and grass seating. Low-back chairs and blankets are encouraged.

  • Parking: Free parking is available at Bothell City Hall Parking Garage, Pop Keeney Stadium, and Sammamish River Park. There is also limited parking in the gravel lot near the Park at Bothell Landing.

  • Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are welcome. Alcohol and tobacco are not permitted. If food trucks are present, they will offer food for purchase.

  • Pets: Dogs are welcome at the park and event space, but must remain on a leash at all times. Please be aware that the event includes louder sounds and heightened sensory activity.
