[Help] I completely ruined my hair one year ago with bleach. The re-growth is slow and is affecting me.

Hey! I was wondering if someone could give me any tips for hair growth/any hope about growing my hair out to what it used to be.

The first three photos are the before. I had beautiful thick long hair. Then something possessed me the bleach it. It has been a year since then and I have lost so so much confidence in my appearance because of my hair. I know it’s only hair but still.

The last photos are my hair now. I’ve tried cutting as much of the bleach out as I could and now I’m left with short choppy layers. I feel like I can’t get a break from this bad hair and am so annoyed with myself for bleaching it one year ago!!

Has anyone been through this to come out good hair? How long did it take? How long will it take from now to get back to my original hair? What should I do in my hair care routine to speed up growth? I would really appreciate any advice anyone has. Thank you

Stressed about weight gain in pregnancy as a former slim person

I’m currently 26+5 weeks. I’m 5’4 (163cm) and pre pregnancy I was 120 pounds (54kg). I’ve already gained 14 pounds at 134 pounds and I am stressed at how much more I will gain. I’ve always been a bit obsessive about my weight and appearance. I also understand that I need to gain weight for a healthy pregnancy but I am worried it won’t come off easily. My body looks so different and I feel self conscious.

Did anyone else feel the same to go back to their pre pregnancy weight quickly? You hear so many stories of people never going back.

Sleeping option for couples?

I’m a very very light sleeper and my husband moves a lot in his sleep. Should we get two separate single beds pushed together side by side or a super king sized bed frame with two single mattresses inside the frame?
