Is there a way to see my pick rate without asking the manager?

As for people do online, what is the pick rate of your store and if you get a bit less , do you feel it will impact you getting shifts (casual)

Is there a way to know if i owe money to ato (jobseeker)

I read a post today regarding owing money to ato since he/she got a jobseeker payment and didn’t claim threshold (or something similar). Well guess who also didn’t know that this option existed ? Meee

When i enter now ato through my gov it only shows me the amount i payed in tax in my new casual job i got recently so i was wondering is there a way to see how much i owe or how much i payed in tax on centerlink JSK payment

Edit: i got income 14k on jsk payment and 10k from my job in this financial year. Is there still tax on jsk payment?

Should i transfer from cfc to a store

I do apologize for the long post, didn’t really want it to be this long.

I have been at my cfc around 6 months and while it have its advantages to an extent i hate it but also afraid that i might regret it? People around me tell me to hang up there but i don’t know and now there is new store opening just near my house so i will say advantages and disadvantages on the cfc and i want to hear some insights from the people who did transfer.

Pros:
-not dealing with customers
Actually very flexible specially with me being on uni, on average i get 20 hours a week on shifts on time of my choosing (to an extent, i said for an afternoon and got afternoon shifts)
-good manager, my manager is not bad at all, at least a human i can refuse its request and not get ‘punished’ (no shifts)
-Not far from me, only 25 minutes by bus (with some walking)

Cons:
-working on chiller. Do i even need to continue? On average i work half my shift on a frizzer with a temperature of good 2 degrees celuis. This could be around 2-3 hour if i have 5 hours shift.
-A looooot of walking, this is understandable i would imagine if i worked on store i would walk a lot also but daily i get around 16k steps for 5 hours shifts.
-KPI: they seems they never get satisfied with my speed, first it was 150 kpi per hour then 180 then 200 now. There is always a pressure to finish the order and when I’m done? Lets go on the next. It feels like if breathing will take time, don’t do it (but again this have never happened of course but the idea is there is a lot of pressure to speed upp)

The last one hardly considered a disadvantage but the team is huge. I would say maybe 50 team member work on one shift which is amazing it feels like i can lazy around and one will find (they did found) but again i feel i never get appreciated if i pushed myself or did good on a day….. hence because there are a LOT of us

As for the new store i have no idea about their managers and if i will get a depressed human as my manager. It does have advantages (and disadvantage if i’m lazy? Its just 20 minutes ish walking)
My only concern if i transferred to a new store, will i still get fairly similar hours as a casual? Even 15 hours can be enough to fund me

In the end, i would let everything slide but working on a chiller order feel like killing me, even my kathmandu jacket won’t make me warm

And thanks guys for reading all of this

Accept shift edit on ukg

With the new ukg pro it feels kinda of a manager can change my shift as he wish without my acceptance 💀💀. Speaking of shift edit is it ‘ok’ to refuse one? I usually get shift edits to start early on the day but essentially the same hours without any additional hours to the new shift so i be so tempted to refuse the shift edit but afraid of kind of ruining my impression on the manager

I just ended around 800 words of my essay and tried in many websites, few says 100% ai and few says 100% human. Is there even a way?
