I’ve been watering my tree for these shoes and now they’re unavailable usually if you click on the photo you can still get the item as the prize but when I click on the photo nothing happens
Need to get these for a birthday anyone know if I can still claim them?
When I click on mega prize it usually shows the items up for grabs and the timer but this time it just says the system is busy and the timer and no items
It’s been like this for days
I sold a bundle of items and the buyer never collected them but they were returned back to be the box was ripped open and so was the products and as these were beauty products they are now unhygienic to use. Vinted ai bot said they’d hand me over to a human and it could take up to 2 days and it’s nearly been 2 weeks now and I haven’t had a reply at all and they said in 2 days they will close the order.
What do I do in this situation?
Just accept the loss..?
When I click on the page almost all of them seem to be out of stock and usually they regress at 11:00 but for the past few weeks they either go in 1 second or they don’t even refresh anymore.
Anyone else having this isssue and is Ali going to fix it?
I withdrew my money from weare8 into PayPal and it said it would take 3-5 days and it’s been a week and I’ve still received nothing. Idk if it’s lost or iff I’ll ever get it at this rate?

I’ve had this on 3 different occasions I pick a prize I want and when I get close to redeeming it goes unavailable is so frustrating idk if they will restock ?
I was trying to think of a birthday gift for my friend and was going to get her either a mug or a cushion of her cat only to find out they are going to put him down. He’s more of a family cat.
Idk whether to still give her the gift or not her birthday is in a month and a bit or would it be better to wait till Christmas to leave her more time to grieve? Or best to not give it at all?
