Just signed my life away on this 36,000 miles on it. 2023 Altima sv how did I do?

2013 fusion titanium 2.0 ecoboost. Tried my hand at taking the intake manifold off and manually scraping the intake valves. I chose berrymans throttle body cleaner to spray into the ports. I did try and verify they were closed but some of it leaked into my cylinder 2. Changed oil spark plugs and car cranks no start currently. Found out the map sensor was toast replaced that but still getting faulty fuel pressure codes live data engine off key on fuel rail reads 3200 psi… idk at this point I’m going to tear it all apart again I guess and see what I messed up? Anyone have any ideas for me or had a similar problem?

Anybody take NR supplements? For context I’m a 45 yr old male. Do 4 hours a week at the gym hit and weights. Been feeling the loss of energy lately halfway through the day. I started taking this NR supplement and I feel like it’s given me a bump in steady non jittery energy. I hear NAD greatly decreases in your 40s so maybe it’s doing something for me?

I know it’s cheap and not titanium what’s the opinion on these? I just can’t justify dropping 200 plus on an Apple Original right now.

Oil has been leaking into my spark plug wells and down the back of my engine. Finally but the bullet and pulled the valve cover in my driveway. The hardest part for me was getting the new cvt gaskets pressed into the valve cover. I had to use blocks of wood and a wood clamp to press them in lol. I also broke the vacuum line from my boost cylinoid to my vacuum pump. I got a peice of tubing and clamped it on hoping it holds vacuum 🤞

My 2013 ford fusion 2.0 ecoboost titanium awd. Drained and filled the transmission 2 times now. Also changed my ptu fluid and gained about 4 mpg on the interstate. Almost at 193,000 miles now.

Had for awhile just put a soft flame butane insert in it and am loving the fuel efficiency
