Can some of you guide me in how I manage to pollinate my pallidiflorum. The previous inflow it gave me I collected the pollen and I applied it on this new one but it wasn’t successful and it started giving me knew pollen. I have collected a bit of the new pollen at the same time waiting for the third inflow to get to the female phase.
How do I know when it is in the female phase (I didn’t see any fluid last time) and how do I get this right?

Can you please help me identify what bug this is on my mint? I also have it on my chocolate mint. Non of the other herbs or the rhubarb seem to have this.
How do I get rid of it and also prevent it from coming back?
It stays in full sun on my balcony.
