BD Sailing Yacht - Explain heeling

Please excuse my ignorance, but why does the boat lean or heel when sailing? Is it the torque (for lack of a better word) of the sails that causes it?

It's clear the boat heels; could you explain why items aren't more secure, especially when Cpt Glenn gives the warning? It seems every time they sail, something is shown sliding and breaking. Apparently, in S5 E3, the entire liquor cabinet fell.

Efoil board

What is the point of the efoil boards? Are you supposed to ride them when it rises out of the water? Are they more stable when they rise out of the water?

Divorce is final, now what

Got news that I need to sign the final divorce paperwork at the lawyers office. Not sure how I feel about it, it feels like a chapter is closing but I don’t see a chapter opening, at least I don’t feel like there is one. I have talked to her off and on since she moved out April 12, 2026 it seems she is moving on quicker than I am. I feel like I’m stuck back at pre separation. Maybe signing the divorce papers will help with that?

How do tips work

Many of the tips, per person come out to $2110 or $1652. Does the boat carry change or how does the tips arrive? Does the primary bundle and separate it out?

Who thinks Milia White is too sexy?

I have been binge watching bd med and I can’t get enough of Malia White (Seasons 2, 5, 6). Watching her advance to bosun has been a pleasure. She takes no shit, she is sexy and she has her shit together. Who’s with me? Team Milia

Now it’s my fault?

The reason for the divorce is because the ex wouldn’t reconcile after my daughter and ex had an argument. I mean she was petty enough to insist to be told when my daughters was coming over for whatever reason. I busted my ass trying to keep the family together but she wouldn’t hear of it.

Initially we were divorcing on terms that we were nice to each other and it was a joint decision to get divorced. Now ….. it’s my fault because I didn’t stand up for her(the ex) when my daughter was arguing with her. It was a pretty heated argument, I’m not going to lie. But should I have “stood up” for the ex during the argument? It was all verbal, nothing physical. What was I supposed to do? Tell my daughter to shut up, I mean some of the stuff she said is true. Just pisses me off that she is making it sound like it’s my fault, now. Thanks for letting me rant.

She got her final load of stuff

Well she came and got what little she had left. It seems so final, like I got the feeling I would never see her again. I’m still madly in love with her, this divorce is the result of choosing my kids or my wife, I chose my kids. It’s just the best thing to do for everyone is concerned. Balled my eyes out after she left, the house is so empty but full of memories. I’ve removed our photos, and he little things around the house. Just liking for some support, I’m really feeling bummed
