If i go to Russia will i get drafted

So I am a Russian citizen, though I have never lived in Russia. I am 19 now and eligible for the draft. Apparently they've been looking for me, as a letter was sent to the home address of some of my Russian family members. So They know i exist and are looking for me. my concern is that if I ever go to Russia, I will immediately get drafted. Or get arested for draft dodging?

This is something I want to understand deeper to summarize st.john chrysostom in his commentaries on the book of Romans says that it's worse then murder

That they deserve 10 000 deaths

Reason that i ask is because usually when I bring this up even orthodox people try to distance themselves from it. Even people who are way more conservative then me.
