I'm so fucking worried about her, shes the only person I've ever loved or cared about. Its just nausea but I'm still scared

I really loved in VS how the chests and everything was designed to be super flashy to hold your attention, I haven't found anything like that in the few games in the genre I've played, those being: VS, Brotato, and Deep rock survivors. among those Brotato was the worst by far, it just was bland and not to my taste, but I can still tell a lot of effort was put in.

I have tried: disabling hands free telephony, restarting the computer, restarting the computer with Bluetooth off, reconnecting the headphones, connecting the headphones to another device.
