Is it possible to cancel the apartment lease after move-in? The AC noise inside the room and noise from window is so annoying to sleep just one day moving in.

There are rumor around about Codex Space marine losing oath and other individual chapter get their own army rules. I don't know how much will this affect DW, like potentialy less damage output? Especially DW has once per battle second two oath target, I can see some downgrades from here unless GW give a good army rule to DW.

I see Cypher is pretty hard to find online to buy. I also really want to use other model to kitbash one to fit my IW army, anyone had any advice which model I should buy to kitbash or proxy Cypher? Thanks
