My clinic can't find a DA anywhere. We're understaffed

We're in Upstate NY in Rockland County and we're hiring but no one is budging. I can't find anyone right for the clinic or it. I tried everywhere. Please reach out if you an interview.
Our clinic starts at $20/hr + benefits like 401k, health (dental obv haha) and vision care. After every year we raise the wage up.
We train for around a 1.5 weeks for the software, x-rays, patients handling; we are bilingual clinic.
After that we leave you alone with the dentist of the day but we do check up on you to see how you're doing.
We're looking for either new DA grads or somewhere around 1-2 years training.
PM me if you're interested and send me a resume!
Thank you!

AITAH for wanting to move out?

I'm 27M and live with my mom, who's a dentist and owns her own clinic. We live together in an apartment, while my 35 year old brother stays in our family home with his spouses (no, that's not a typo welcome to 2026, poly relationships exist).

We've been in this apartment for a year now, and I love it. It's a great place, but the HOA fees are too high for me to cover on my own. I recently got fired from my job and I'm back in school. My mom knew all of this going into the buying the apartment.

The clinic is family owned my mom, my aunt, my brother, and his spouses all work there, and so do I.

The year I moved in, I started paying the HOA almost $1,500, about 3/4 of my paycheck for the four months I lived there alone, since I didn't get along with the polycule and I moved out. It worked out like informal rent, while she covered the mortgage, insurance, and other costs.

That same month, I quit my job I had at the dental clinic(rather loudly) after about two years there, because I didn't like it anymore or how my boss (AKA my mother treated me there). My mom gave me an ultimatum: move out or go back to school. So now I'm on the path to becoming a veterinarian.

I came home from college to find her wanting to sell the apartment again. It's like a broken record she keeps saying she's bored, wants out, doesn't know what to do. And every time, she says things like, "I'm so alone, I have no one to help me," which makes me feel incredibly guilty.

I'm back working at the clinic now, getting paid, but my whole paycheck goes to food and epilepsy medication and school payments.

I honestly can't take it anymore.

Today on the phone, she told me I "have to start paying her rent or something" to help with the HOA.

First it was the house situation, now it's this again. I'm exhausted. I just want a nap where I know I won't get yelled at or criticized when I wake up.

188lbs and Stuck

I'm a 27m, 180lbs I have been cutting at 1500 cal since March (started 212|bs). I'm 15.2% bf now but still have a belly. 100% vegan. How do I pack on more muscle while losing the stomach fat?
What are your thoughts on sticking with the cut vs lean bulking? Should I keep cutting?
