Im a jets fan but since we're so consistently bad, I pick a different pet team to root for every year. I know I should be rooting against the Colts for a better draft pick, but let's be real, the 2 possible futures for whoever gets drafted to the jets are:

1. He sucks
2. Hes a stud who gets traded to a team like the Colts in the next rebuild

So fuck it i dont really care if we have a worse pick. Admittedly, my previous pet teams have done pretty bad with the (the cards last year, the broncos in '24, and the chargers in '23) but hey maybe this year is different. My criteria for a pet team is a smaller market, potential playoff contender with some exciting young talent. I love Tyler warren and sauce especially but I always root for Danny dimes, I really liked the latu pick a few years back and owens is a likeable guy.

Im a knicks fan too so I feel a little uneasy about rooting for an Indiana team but I dont really have any shame left in my football fandom so whatever, yall are stuck with me this year.

I just dont understand how this game isnt up there with the big boys in the rogulike genre over the past decade or so. It might be my favorite roguelike after enter the gungeon but its definitely up there with dead cells, slay the spire, spelunkly, ultrakill and isaac for me.

I could go on about everything that puts this game in my top 5 all time but since anyone reading this is looking through the sub of a dead game in their free time, so I would assume you like roboquest more than most people who have played it. There are plenty of criminally underrated games out there but this is at the top of my list and its a significant drop off to #2.

I live and work out in Auburn right now but Im trying to move into the city. I have an incredible job out here but I do not have the heart to fight the 405 and 167 in rush hour all the way here. Id love to find a job in the city at some point but i need to put in some more time at my job here before getting a job in Seattle that would allow me to live comfortably. Im a year or 2 out at minimum but I just wanted to see if anyone whos done the same has some wisdom to share.

Hot sauce is my favorite condiment and I use it in lunch and dinner pretty much every day. My issues is the sodium content, especially in the amounts im using. Ive switched recently to a sodium free hot sauce, which isnt as good but definitely serviceable. Unfortunately, its about $10 for a relatively small bottle so it isn't exactly cheap. The 2 solutions i can think of off the top of my head are to either to dilute a very spicy sauce so I can still get some of the flavor and texture but without the high sodium content, or to just start making my own hot sauce. Has anyone else run into this same issue?

I need to get something done somewhat urgently on my computer and the M.2 screw to mount the ssd came out. Ideally I'd like to be able to get it today or tomorrow. Thanks!

I was smoke free for 2 years and then I moved across the country. In the month leading up to moving I started bumming off people and during the move I I was smoking with my brother. Im not fully back into it yet but I bought a pack today and smoked was out at a bar and I felt pretty disappointed in myself. I know I'll prevail in the end but fully quitting is so difficult

I dont expect us to win more than 6 or 7 games next year but im excited to see the dumpster fire franchise with a bunch of young talent and 1st round picks(us) playing another dumpster fire franchise coached by saleh and a qb with a shit ton of talent.

The first couple weeks of the season is all we really get till we discover the roster is a bunch of fucking scrubs again anyways but I dont care honestly. The GW td last year against Pittsburgh, scoring 1st vs the niners 2 years ago and the Gipson return 3 years ago were the peaks of each of these seasons in my opinion. We're gonna have another moment like that early in the season and im excited to see what it is.

I posted here months ago about my friend of 10+ years(im 25) who suddenly became religious and homophobic. The important details are that he's had a hard life and desperately needs direction. I also think hes probably gay but won't admit it to himself(he's definitely least bisexual) and i just never thought we would fall out this way. He used to be so kind, accepting and open minded. We moved to different cities and grew apart a bit but i just didnt see this coming. I have zero romantic attraction to him, it just sucks.
