Central Delhi, India.

If the state government actuslly relax Fsi, more such marvellous high rises can be constructed.

  1. Enhancing Skyline

  2. Making infrastructure and public transport utilization more efficient.

  3. Affordable Housing (Since current prices keeps the income to housing ratio 15:1, thanks to current prices.)

  4. And simply acknowledging a reality, Indian population density is same as western china, japan, south korea, taiwan) and the land doesn't allow horizontal sprawl & sub-urbs for 1.4 billion people.

- that also when Ganga basin (where the majority population lies) is one of the MOST FERTILE SOIL. (Enough fertile that if you throw seeds of cerels on soil [(even in a populated, polluted, dense neigborhood)] by next rain, plants just POP-OUT, that is a serious flex compared to all the countries globally, because NATURE never blessed them with such ease of life & blessed land.)

  1. And It will look more beutiful with more such high-rises.

Mumbai ! A city who never sleeps.

It's history that it is made on seven separated Islands merged into one single Island in 1845 and is 181 years old is what make it more legendary and the symbol of Success.

How people are living in these shitty urban sprawl and feel proud with there TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD? lmao.

  • Alright the first image is of the state of Delhi, where people claim they are proud of this sh!t-h@le which is straight up coping & Insecurity and to avoid the dismissal, rejection, exclusion from (middle class/high income class/international population society) While hating the skyscraper & formal housing/skyline shown in other images in real life and on other reddit posts.
  • Imagine this place in alternate reality had 100 floors of residential towers with freed up area used for big beautiful gardens, complex, wide roads, public infrastructure, public transportation & bustling leisure activities/street life? (those rest of images are of Gurgaon, Hyderabad & Thane which shows it is the same country but different realities)
  • The other 3 images are of Gurgaon, Hyderabad & Thane showed here: look at them How beautiful, spacious & dignified they LOOK like?
  • Ever wondered what will happen if somehow this area suddenly catch massive FIRE or unrest? looks worst then Kowloon city of 1999.
  • Imagine how much enormous amount of land could had been saved which was dedicated to agriculture/forest and could had been utilized far better?
  • How easy & cheap it would had been for government to provide utilities and monitor informal/illegal activities far easily.
  • Why do you think they hate & cope, and can we solve this virus? both this virus producing urban horizontal sprawl and it's resident mindset?

What if Faith and Infrastructure can exist alongside? 🚇

Mahavir Mandir is one of Patna's most important religious sites, but its location right beside Patna Junction creates a pretty brutal urban-planning problem.

Railway passengers + metro passengers + devotees + autos + e-rickshaws + vendors + pedestrians are all being forced into one extremely constrained area.

So here's the controversial question:

What if the temple itself were reconstructed at a better-planned nearby location — while preserving the deity, religious institution and spiritual significance — with proper ventilation, a huge pedestrian plaza, parking, toilets, crowd-management systems, emergency access and space for future expansion?

And the existing site could then be redesigned around Patna Junction + Metro + pedestrian movement, instead of trying to squeeze 21st-century transport infrastructure around a physically constrained structure.

This isn't “faith vs development.”

It's potentially faith + development, if we're willing to rethink the physical arrangement.

Should a city's most important transport interchange be permanently constrained by its surrounding land use, or should we have the courage to redesign both together?

Curious what Patnaites actually think. 👀

Can I ignore it? And get approved

Hello everyone, i re edited my corresponding address via e services and even paid for it, It got rejected because it lacked proof/docs, the re editing I did was MINOR address typo changing and numerical removal. I am asking if I ignore it, will my documents under verification will still get approved? Because its been 8 weeks and they said it will be by second week of August, because of backlog.

NIOS Senior Secondary TOC confusion: Passed Class 10, failed Class 11 – which marksheet should be used?

Hi everyone,

I'm applying for NIOS Senior Secondary (Stream 1) and I'm confused about the TOC (Transfer of Credit) section.

My situation is:

  • Passed ICSE Class 10
  • Failed ISC Class 11 (school exam, not Class 12 board)
  • Took admission in NIOS Class 12 (Commerce)

I want to claim TOC for Hindi.

My questions are:

  1. For TOC, should I use my Class 10 ICSE board marksheet or my Class 11 school marksheet?
  2. In the "Previous Subject Details" section, should I enter the subjects from Class 10 or Class 11?
  3. Does changing streams (Science in Class 10 → Commerce in Class 11/NIOS) affect TOC eligibility?

If anyone has had the same situation (passed Class 10, failed only Class 11, then joined NIOS Senior Secondary), I'd really appreciate hearing what document NIOS accepted.

Thanks!
