I’m going to be single forever

At this point I’m just going to have to accept it. I’ve tried the apps, the websites, and yes I have tried r/cf4cf.

(Quick side note, that sub is only good for maybe connecting with people who live far way)

Any time I get a like or a message it’s from a single mom or a woman who wants kids. I’m always 100% upfront on all my profiles about my CF status and that I’ve been sterilized.

It. Does. Not. Make a fucking difference.

“Oh you’d like my kids!” No, I would not.

I’m 34 and it’s been like this for me since I was 18. I’m fucking cursed and it doesn’t matter what I say or do or how much I try to improve myself. And the few times it seemed like something was going to work out I got ghosted or given the “Let’s just be friends” text.

But holy shit on an altar, I think someone keeps replacing my deodorant with TAG: For single mothers

33 m Halifax Nova Scotia

Heyo!

As the title and tag indicates, I am a 33 year old sterilized man looking to make a connection that can hopefully turn into something long term :)

A little bit more about myself, I am an avid oil painter with a love of nerdy subcultures and video games. Huge LotR and Harry Potter fan and I’d love to know if you are as well.

No pets of my own but I have two cat nephews who I adore and look after from time to time. Dogs are great too btw!

Anyway, if you’re also in the area and looking then shoot me a DM and maybe we can see what we’ve got in common.

(Pictures available upon request, I don’t post any publicly on Reddit)

Edit: I’m looking for someone who lives here, if you don’t then I don’t see the point. A long distance relationship isn’t a relationship

She needed two cakes, three tier with buttercream icing, and a box of donuts for a baby shower. I have it all done but I’m unable to contact her and the event is supposed to be happening today.

Thing is, I’m supposed to be working with her tomorrow so it’s going to be a fun time when I see her and she’s probably going to think I’ve ripped her off. I’m going to give her some of the money back though so there is that I guess.

Has anyone else here ever dealt with a situation like this?

Edit: I screwed up the date and her daughter’s baby shower is tomorrow. I brought in the baked goods with me so she’s going to take them home today.

Crisis averted and she’s super happy to get them. She also talked about how good the last cake was

I have a coworker who ordered three cakes plus a box of donuts, she got the first cake and I’ve been trying to contact her about the next two and the donuts but haven’t been able to get through.

She paid the full fee upfront, $145 and now she’s dropped off the face of the earth. I have the cakes made already, they were supposed to be for this Friday. What would you guys do in this situation?
