Been dealing with pretty intense and persistent suicidal ideation and strong symptoms of BPD + anxiety + depression + other stuff (???) for the past few years (starting in early teens). In school right now (undergrad) and don't know how I'm going to survive this next semester without splintering into little pieces to be perfectly honest, like by all rights I should've been admitted last semester... Was going to give DBT a chance soon and get into DIY (S) ket therapy on the side because I've been reading up on the neuroplasticity side effects and I think I could benefit from them a lot as I tend to have a hard time opening up and actually letting positive connections into my life (I've been too mentally blocked for therapy and uncertain of how to implement it successfully I've noticed), have been crashing in the same car for probably almost half my life at this point, and I've noticed I do tend to respond better to spiritual/philosophical exploration (i.e. reading Kierkegaard's works has been a bit helpful to me but I still find it hard to translate into positive changes to my life) so wondering if a dissociative state that would allow me to more fully grasp those ideas would be beneficial in my case.
I read up that K-holes might have a more positive impact than microdosing, so I was thinking I'd stick to a regimen of about 100mg (I weigh 50 kg) administered via nasal spray for 1-2 times a week for the first month or so then transition into a more casual once-a-month schedule that would probably become more sporadic as time goes on and I've reaped the benefits of the initial "catalyst" doses.
Any advice or things I should be aware of before starting? Or things to consider and do to make the most of this period of expanded learning and healing? I've been plagued with very intense thoughts of suicide throughout most of my life, and I would really just like to learn to overcome them through any way possible at this point and become capable of adjusting to a normal human existence without near-constantly breaking down 🙏
EDIT: forgot to add am currently on lamotrigine and sertraline
Starting tomorrow and doing this 3x a week wish me luck girls if anyone has any other recommendations for effective bait lmk
ready for problematic age gap relationship summer
Hey! Looking to get more involved with the industrial scene around Los Angeles. I've heard about Das Bunker and definitely plan on checking it out soon, but are there any other venues/places/events in the area I can check out to meet other industrial enjoyers? I'd particularly love to go somewhere where I can befriend people in my age range (20's) if possible.
Throughout my entire life I've felt like I have to chase after people all the time, BOTH men and women, and the energy is never reciprocated, it never goes anywhere, and I feel gross and unwanted either way. I recently finished up a three-month stint on the apps too and every single time I was taking all of the initiative to reach out and match, trying to plan dates, seem interested, keep a conversation going, etc. but everyone just ends up ghosting the second I try to solidify it into anything real (I'm a woman btw, still had to be the damn initiator!). Somehow I've ended up with 50+ matches but 0 dates, and it's deeply humiliating. I don't know what I'm doing wrong anymore. I'm just tired :(
Thanks for reading, any advice would be appreciated.
Tired of being a hermit but chained to my laptop most of the time for remote work, personal work, and various side hustles... any good places with a semi-social vibe I can check out to add a little color in my day? My local library is out of the question unfortunately, a bit too tiny and depressing.
Title. I don't think any of my friends and family would trust me enough for something like this. Based in California btw
Hi, curious if it's feasible to start up a side hustle on depop selling mid-tier designer stuff that is more popular with the y2k/streetwear crowd? I'm thinking stuff like heaven by marc jacobs, cop copine, custo, diesel, gaultier collabs, etc. Mostly I have been getting lucky finding pieces online for surprisingly cheap and now I'm looking to flip them. I'm also thinking abt using grailed but most of my stuff is sized for women so idk how well it would do with a more masculine demographic
any advice appreciated, including things to look out for and how to prevent scammy buyers from claiming counterfeit
Tired of people walking all over me. I'm ready to cut off everyone in my life and become the bitchy bpd girlie I was meant to be
it looks like I'm having a bit of a reverse experience on hinge lol? I'm an androgynous short-haired girl and while I match with a decent amount of women it seems I hardly match with men at all. and I get likes from pretty much neither gender LMAO
wondering if I would have better luck if I stopped swiping on straight men and only saved my likes for bi/pan guys.... problem is they are almost impossible to find on the apps omg
