How Do I obtain the health certificate and from where?

Also, my high school transcript from my school includes my IGCSE grades and predicted AS grades because my actual results come out after QU announces admissions. But I still do have my official IGCSE certificate from Cambridge so when going to QU should I bring both and which one should I upload to the Application portal?

Is this emailed to me or will it be available on the admission website?
