1-Daikokusan, clearly inspired by Godzilla, the factor that would put it on par with Yaotsu is following the Ultima route, with the body we see serving as an avatar for a higher entity.

2- Mandalas, after compressing into a single entity, the Madalans become powerful enough not only to rewrite the information that makes up the universe but also to alter its rules.

3- The Great Demon King would be an entity that created the rest of the demon race solely for its own amusement, similar to Yaotsu in terms of his powers.

4- Yaotsu already is on max level, so he stays the same

5- The machines integrate themselves in the laws of space and time, and even so my family was unhappy

6- Berser replaces his father after he dies, not only that but in berserk state his powers get countless of times stronger tham his dad at all moments and he can resist other abities by being so strong that they dont work
