I’m trying to lose weight but I honestly struggle with staying consistent at the gym. 😅 I keep signing up, going for a few weeks, and then completely falling off.
So I wanted to ask:
Did anyone here lose weight mostly by working out at home?
Any fun YouTube workouts (dance, walking, HIIT, Pilates, anything) that didn’t feel like a chore and actually helped you stay consistent?
Which channels did you genuinely enjoy and stick with?
What did your diet look like? Did you count calories, just eat healthier, increase protein, or follow something specific?
How long did it take you to start seeing results?
