Awful shaving rash on legs

Every time I shave my legs I get this extremely painful rash afterwards and it’s driving me mad.

I use Estrid razors, I change the blades every 2nd time I shave. I use shaving cream and I lather up body wash etc.

It flares up like this the SECOND I exit the shower and no moisturiser will make it go down :(

Please any tips or advice because I feel like I’m doing everything right…

Pen question!

I’m on my 3rd week of 5mg and should have another dose left for next week. After I injected, I looked at the liquid and there doesn’t seem to be enough for the next dose…

I compared it to my finished 2.5mg pen and it has the same amount, if not LESS!

Has something gone wrong or is this okay?

Pain diagram

Sorry, I know I literally just posted but I wanted to share my pain areas to see if anyone else is experiencing it too?

I had chest x-rays, blood tests and ECG done in May. All came back normal for heart health.

Running flare up

I was diagnosed with costo a few months ago, and was given no advice AT ALL from my GP other than rest. I took a few weeks off work as I could barely breathe without pain, and didn’t really know what it was.

I was under the impression that it’s just an injury that needs to heal. I wasn’t expecting it to have “flare ups”. I thought it would just go away.

I went back to trying to do the “couch to 5k” this week and I had to stop mid-run on each occasion because of that heart attack feeling (still scares me to death…). Then for days my chest aches.

I’m so disheartened. I just want to go back to running. Or just any exercise without feeling like I’m going to die.

Fatigue!!

It was my first jab with my 5mg pen yesterday, having been on 2.5 for 4 weeks.

I did struggle with mild tiredness on the starter pen but today, I fell asleep on the sofa for 3 hours 🥲 I’m so groggy, dry mouthed and exhausted lol.

Does anyone else get this? Is it the jump up to 5mg?

Worst meltdown of my life

I’m (30) currently in a really burnout from working full time and just struggling in general. I live with my long term fiancé and he is fairly good at putting up with me.

Tonight, I was getting ready for a concert and because it’s so hot in the house (UK heatwave) my makeup melted off 5 minutes before time to leave. Literally wet forehead, wet cheeks, sweat dripping down my entire face leaving track marks. Queue meltdown. And it wasn’t a normal meltdown, it actually scared me.

Literally clawing at my clothes, smacking myself in the face, screaming “I can’t do it” over and over again until my partner has to tackle me. I threw my favorite bag and ripped it.

I managed to leave the house, makeup ruined. Still shaking and I feel so disgusting and ugly. I don’t even want to go to the concert anymore. I’m ashamed to be outside looking like this.

Relationship approval

Why is it taking so long to just get one heart with the NPCS?

I’ve given Orlock SO many bottles of wine, which are loved gifts. But no budge….

Anyone else finding this??

When will it go away!!!

At the start of May, whilst at work, I (30F) experienced chest pain upon breathing in and out. It didn’t go away after a few days and eventually became worse so I went to A&E. I thought I was having a heart attack or my lung had collapsed.

They took my bloods, did a chest X-ray and ECG which all came back normal. The GP told me it’s symptoms of costo and just need to take ibuprofen and rest. I then did another 24 hour ECG 2 weeks ago which came back normal.

It’s been over a month and I’m still suffering so badly at night. I fall asleep and within seconds I wake up to sharp stabbing pains near my heart. It radiates across my shoulder and into my armpit. It doesn’t feel like crushing just sudden and very sharp stabbing sensations and an ache afterwards.

This then sends me into a panic attack thinking I’m about to die. I’ve hardly slept in weeks because of it. I’ve tried all sleeping positions, I take ibuprofen before I get into bed and nothing is working.

Does anyone else have this constant anxiety? My mind is trying to convince me that all the tests were wrong and it IS actually my heart.

emotions

Hello everyone 🖤

Not trying to make this about myself at all but I need to share how I feel.

I am completely broken, tormented and disturbed because I can’t save these animals. Not just the poor babies I see when supporting Feline Guardians, but ALL animals that are subjected to pain and suffering by humans.

I don’t want to be a human anymore because I don’t want to be associated with them. I do what I can by not eating animals, I join in on the support for many groups but it’s never enough. Every day I see something new… more abuse, more animals dying at the hands of humans… and my brain has just disintegrated. Our planet is dying. Our animals are dying because of US and there’s nothing I can do.

It sounds so dramatic but I’m sure many people feel the same way.

side effects only 3 hours after jab!!

Hello everyone :) TMI sorry!!

I took my first dose of mounjaro today (2.5) at around 1830 and I am currently writing this while sat on the toilet with stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I’ve been here for 25 minutes.

I have researched the side effects religiously for weeks before taking the plunge but i was not expecting to experience them so quickly 🤣

I do have really bad health anxiety and basically convinced myself instantly after injecting that I was going to die so maybe that triggered it but who knows.

Anyone else get side effects within a matter of hours?! 🤣

panic at night

I’ve literally just joined this group because I’ve finally decided to ask others if they share similar experiences to me.

I was diagnosed with OCD at 19 and autism at 28, and I am now 30. I feel as though I have coped well with OCD symptoms as I was diagnosed fairly young and I’ve been medicated for it, however I’ve been experiencing severe anxiety at night for months.

Whenever I am in bed, alone or when my fiancé is home (he works till late some days so I go to bed early), I feel intense panic that someone is downstairs waiting to kill me in my sleep. I hear the slightest noise and I have to go downstairs to check every room, every door and window to make sure they’re locked and no one is inside. I do this at least 5 times a night, and I lay awake for hours just listening for any noise until I eventually just pass out exhausted. I’m on medication for insomnia but the panic just overrides it!

Sometimes when I am too scared to go downstairs, I’ll wake my poor fiancé up to go check. Which he always does, and I feel so guilty.

I’ve never been a victim of burglary, thankfully, but my mind reacts like I have. I have a fairly dangerous job, which involves having to rehabilitate serious offenders that are released from prison, but I still can’t see a correlation.

Sorry if this is a long post, I’m just genuinely stuck and wondering if what I’m experiencing is intrusive thoughts or not.
