I know the 1886 (and model 71 that most/all reproductions are based on) lacks the lever activated trigger block thats present on the 92 and 94, anyone know if the 1886 is susceptible to OOB detonation? I know that the bolt is all the way forward during the very last part of the lever movement where the locking lugs are lifted into place and this is where im concerned about possibly bumping the trigger and dropping the hammer before the gun is locked.

As the title says, i commute year round on my Siskiu D6, its a budget bike and some of the bearings are creaking/ticking (steering and crank) and im guessing its due to road salt and grime from this winter. Anyone got any tips for good quality sealed bearings that might resist the elements a little better? Or should i just prepare to replace the bearings umpteen bazillion times and buy cheap bearings?

Its been a long lasting itch of mine to build a 1911 in .460 Rowland but now with this new fangled +Peak stuff, i took a long toke off the good ol’ crackpipe and started down the rabbithole of making custom tungsten parts to add weight to the slide and barrel (normal 6" barrel + tungsten bull barrel sleeve with integrated compensator and a 6" slide with a reverse recoil spring plug made from tungsten), 28lb recoil spring, Rowland V2 recoil buffer, swuare bottom firing pin stop and a heavier mainspring (anyone know what the heaviest 1911 mainspring is?). End goal is a 1911 that might cycle 45 Super, will cycle 460 Rowland and maybe even some form of Rowland +P if its ever possible to make cases from +Peak [something]. What say ye? Send it?

I have a 1st gen, 1997 or 1998 production 45-70 guide gun, its got a straight grip pain jane wood stock and the blue is immaculate but the wood is kinda letting it down, i’d like something that looks factory but is oiled and maybe a slightly fancier wood. Any suggestions?

And my front sight is loose, thinking of swapping the front sight if i can find any decent options.

As the title says, i have struggled with erectile dysfunction and low sex drive for a few years due to chronic illness, things just took a massive turn for the worse and one of the results from that is that i am no longer able to get even the slightest hint of an erection, nor do i have any sort of «physical» sex drive, no orgasms, not much of anything really, mentally i still want to but my body doesnt respond.
