Is my skin not absorbing gel or am i just on a very low dose?

Ive been on T for three months. I just got my labs back and my testosterone is at 79 dL, which i feel like isnt much different from what my base levels without t would be. I'm on on 20.25mg of testosterone gel right now and I'm worried that my skin isn't absorbing it properly. Would it be better if I switched to injections or should I keep trying gel at a higher dose? I'm really scared of needles which is why I'm on gel, and I don't know if I would be able to do my shots. I don't know what to decide. I feel like 3 months because I've hade zero changes on T besides voice cracks.

How do i stop getting angry and reactive whenever i have to interact with christianity?

I get so incredibly angry whenever I have to deal with christianity. I think christianity is a harmful religion and it makes me furious whenever I even hear a mention of it. I want to stay rational, but my anger makes me feel so out of control. Sometimes I end up arguing with christians, which is always a bad idea, and I get overly emotional. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm usually able to stay cool headed in even the worst situations, but this has been the one thing that just drives me crazy. Does anyone know how to stop this?

White mom offended that i dont want to have a white surgeon for top surgery

My white mom's been trying to be more supportive. She doesn't really get being trans, but she's trying. Im planning to get top surgery soon, so she's started looking up top surgery surgeons and showing them to me. The problem is that they're all white, and when I told her that I didn't want a white surgeon, she got really upset and said I was judging people based off their skin color. I'm not judging people, I just want to make sure my surgeon actually sees me as a human being before I put my life in their hands. She doesn't understand my concerns, and I don't know how to explain it to her in a way she understands.

Not feeling any pleasure from masturbation

So when I'm fingering myself most of the time it feels like I'm touching any other body part, like my arm or smth. Sometimes I get a small feeling but it becomes painful and oversensitive quickly and then I have to stop. Is anyone else the same way? If so, does anyone know how to fix it? I've never been able to cum from it or experience much pleasure. I've been on T now for about two months and I'm also wondering if bottom growth could change that. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had this experience.

My mom thinks my autistic burnout and mental issues are actually mold exposure

Last year I was really stressed and had a mental breakdown, which caused my autistic burnout and I suddenly started experiencing psychosis. Ever since then I've had severe brain fog, and difficulty reading and counting. I had been in bed for for months. I'm mostly functioning normally now, but I still have severe brain fog.

This all seems to me to be clearly caused by autistic burnout and mental illness, but my mom (who believes tylenol causes autism) thinks it happened because I was exposed to mold. Does anyone know the likelihood of this being true? I did have mold in my house, but that was years ago, and it wasn't even the dangerous kind. She's on all these Facebook groups where she gets this information and I don't trust it.

This happens to me every time I get overwhelmed. I go into burnout and I have to be in bed in a dark room, but she doesn't believe it and now she's forced me to go to this alternative medicine doctor who prescribed me like 3 antibiotics and antihistamines after a 20 minute conversation with my mom. I'm so confused. I don't know if I should take the medicine or not.

Any advice would be appreciated.

My mom thanked god someone else was hurt instead of me

Someone at my work had a medical emergency and my mom came in having seen the ambulance sirens and said "thank God". Everyone heard her including the person who was injured and in pain. Later we had a huge argument and I accidentally outed myself as a atheist. She says the devil has my soul. I think the moment she said thank god, I realized I don't have parents. Their way of thinking is twisted because of their religion and I can't be a part of it any longer. I don't want to be near them at all. They're never going change. Is it wrong for me to say I don't trust people like that? I don't know what to think.

Btw does anyone have any arguments for when she inevitably tries to reconvert me?

Is it normal to not feel any changes a week on T?

I just started T gel a week ago. My dose is 20.25mg. I know I'm being incredibly impatient, but I'm also kind of worried that my skin isn't absorbing the gel because I feel completely normal. I literally haven't noticed any changes at all. Am I overthinking this? Ive heard people say the start feeling better immediately after starting hrt but I haven't had that.

How do I transition at work?

Im 18 and I just started my first job at a fast food place. I can now afford to start T, but I'm worried about what the response will be from my coworkers and manager. I'm going to start T next week so I only have so much time until my voice drops and it becomes obvious. I really don't want to wait any longer to start T.

Does anyone have any advice for me? Has anyone else been in this situation? I think at the very least it will be very awkward and I don't know how to deal with it.

Questions to ask doctor starting T

I'm starting T and I've got my informed consent appointment next week. Are there any questions I should be asking my doctor? I'm going to ask about preventing vaginal atrophy and how to get needles for injecting T, but I don't know what else to ask. Is there anything else I should know or do to be prepared?
