Around what cycle do you usually feel done with a playthrough?
I'm coming up on C30 and I feel pretty done with this one, currently building the Earth Recultivator to officially end it. Around what cycle do y'all usually end?

Pictured is my plan: Create a channel on the cliffside next to the large water source that leads the badwater down to the badwater pipes, then channel both those sources into the dry channel. The problem is the levees would cost around 800 lumber which simply isn't feasible before the 1st badwater tide (playing on hard). Are you resigned to just surviving the 1st (and maybe 2nd and 3rd depending on luck) badwater tides? Or is there a solution I'm not seeing?
Jokes aside, how do I fix this? It's causing overflow during badtide :(
Hopped into an unranked game and out of nowhere half of all gods are locked. This was the same for my teammates as well. Is this a new thing where the game randomly blocks half the gods from being picked every game to have some pick variety or something?
This is a super annoying issue I've had for a long time now. Whenever I click mouse 5 (the "forward" side button) on my G502 Lightspeed it also - sometimes! - left clicks (like 80% of the time). It's not always instantaneous either, sometimes I'll click M5 and it will left-click a second or so afterwards. Also sometimes it will left click 2-3 times with a single M5 press.
Anyone know of a fix for this? Everything looks fine in G HUB, it's all default bindings except for the "aim" button on the side that I have unbound (resetting it to default doesn't change anything there, as expected).
Anyone know of a fix for this? I've searched for a solution far and wide and the only thing I haven't done is ask in this forum so... y'all are my last hope!
(P.S. I only own G502 mice so unfortunately I can't test with a different mouse :/)
EDIT: Another thing I just realised using https://www.onlinemictest.com/mouse-test/ is that I can't hold Forward, it will just drop the input after half a second or so. This is not the case for any other mouse button for me. The GIF is a bit too low FPS to see properly, but I can't hold M5 down like I can the other mouse keys, also pressing M5 will left-click and turn left click blue, but only for like a sub-frame because it doesn't show up as being clicked? Super strange.
I haven't seen anyone complain about a Cerberus issue but clearly something is broken, anyone know what it is?
EDIT: Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon
Doing my like 5th playthrough of this game and realised I've never done a proper missile build before. I've tried it for a while now but most bosses just seem impossible, I'm currently fighting >!Raven!<and I don't think any of my missiles can hit them unless the AI randomly decided to not dodge them. I've tried everything; handheld missiles, plasma missiles, vertical missiles (beyond useless tbh), horizontal missiles... nothing can hit them.
How do you fight fast opponents with missiles? I'm allowing myself 1 non-missile weapon.
Was playing around in jungle practice and noticed that my proc items only procced for half damage on Ne Zha ult. This goes for all proc items; Arondight, Heartseeker, Crusher, even Ancient Signet and Soul Gem.
Nothing about her ult indicates that proc items should deal half damage. Is this a shadow nerf or unintended I wonder?
Basically title. Using a weak or strong hook doesn't increase marriage success chance by a single point. Is this intended? I swear I used to be able to fabricate hooks on lords then marry my heir to their child (often 2nd / 3rd in line, then murder the older children).
They don't move properly anymore - sometimes they don't move at all - they will randomly freeze in place for no reason and charge thin air (literally just a random where there are no enemies). Seems Agni is not the only broken god this patch?
P.S. no this isn't the age old issue of them stuttering for half a second after summoning them. I have 200+ games Nu Wa, this is definitely a new issue in this patch.
Playing Wilderness origin. I noticed my tech started going by really fast for some reason and looked up and realised I'm at 82k tech! For some reason I'm getting around 28k of each tech from "districts" but I have literally no idea which districts, I can't find anything on any planet that indicates that districts are giving research.
Unmodded excepy UI Overhaul Dynamic and Dark UI
EDIT: I also noticed I'm getting 106k unity per month from districts! Wtf!
This is something I've thought about for a few days now and can't properly wrap my head around.
It is said that time is one of the dimensions composing spacetime. However, while the "time dimension" shares some attributes with the spatial dimensions - such as dilation/contraction at relativistic speeds - it acts completely differently in other aspects, such as time always moving forward† while in the spatial dimensions we can take one step forward and one step backwards.
^(†In theory, with infinite energy, we could move backwards in time, or at least stop time, but I'm interested in reality where there is no such thing as infinite energy.)
I've heard someone explain this by comparing us to a creature living in 2 dimensions. Just as a 2-dimensional creature could not traverse the 3rd dimension we can not traverse time; we simply exist in a "slice" of time we call "now" just like a 2d creature exists on a plane inside the 3rd dimension. However I fail to see how this is a satisfactory explanation since being able to travel through time would (famously) cause paradoxes, which a 3-dimensional creature would not do to a 2-dimensional creature.
Is there any explanation, either theory or hypothesis, for this? Or for all we know is it just that way because, well, that's the way it is?
(Lol title typo)
I've played a couple of games jungle Thanatos and IMO Thanatos aspect is far better than default Thanatos. You lose the heal you get from your passive but in return you get slightly more damage on your 3, some healing on your 3, and 800 HP. For me the massive HP influx you get (2 items worth) far outweighs the healing you get, especially since you already heal with your 1 and now also your 3, yet I never see anyone play Thanatos aspect except HP-only troll builds in the solo lane.
Thoughts?
Hello! I'm designing a small MUD and I've run into a question I can't answer myself. Currently I'm using different colors and italics to highlight important text, for example NPCs that can be spoken to are highlighted yellow. However this obviously does not work for screen readers, so what is the preferred alternative? I've experimented with using inline text hints, but that breaks the flow of text, but perhaps that is fine? For example:
>It looks like you can (command: break) this statue.
>There is a (npc: courier) standing by the roadside.
I know some MUDs use simple text tokens for this as well, such as marking new players with an "@" symbol for screen reader users:
>@ John Doe is here.
However there are a limited number of symbols, and personally I feel like using more than 2-3 symbols can get confusing ("wait, did @ mean new player or NPC?").
Any input much welcome!
