Kids Account Got Banned
Location: INDIA
My wife was handling my kid’s account and few days back it got banned.
Wife tried uploading the ID proof but there was a DOB mismatch. They permanently banned it.
Got temporary META Verified And raised a case on 14th and asked for a call back.
No update since then, the ticket is in Received state.
The chat is useless, no matter what u send, it has same AI Bot reply.
What other option do we have ?
