Hi, i have a Mini with Active Cruise and Drivers assist, this allows me to activate the cruise control when its stop (anywhere on the road), it will hold the car with the brake, i touch the gas (accelerator) and it will then continue to drive up to the set speed from the stopped position.
When taking a turn, when touching the brake the cruise would deactivate, once i was 30-50% in the turn i would "set" (resume) the cruise and it would instantly enable and take me back up to speed while in that turn as it was activated sometimes as quick as 20% in to starting the turn..
Since the firmware in November 2025 this no longer works, the steering needs to be fairly straight, the dealer is telling me there is nothing in the update notes and also said they (BMW() dont always update the internal notes. Anyone able to confirm this change in the 3 updates since November 2025?
I will update here, as i just realized i only tested this with a RIGHT turn, the car had an issue with the right camera on the mirror, so will test this with the LEFT turn in the next few days to see if it was a camera issue

Hi, ive set up many Branch Office VPN tunnels all working ok. I have a client who needs the below, not sure its working so thought i would run this past others who may have tried before:
I can ping each firewall over the VPN no problem
SITE A has a SNAT Any External > 192.168.2.10 adding a rule with this policy i would assume when its hit, it would push the traffic down the VPN to SITE B, it doesnt appear to do this. So can SITE A have any SNAT rules for SITE B network located servers? (that will pass down the VPN to get to them)?
Client has some servers on SITE B that need to be accessed from SITE A outside IP addresses, they cant move the servers from one building to the other (to move the network they are on). I would of assumed this would work, am i missing something in a config? Or should this work and i have another issue (which maybe the case) as ive not tested the public IP address (yet).

Opened a ticket with watchguard for this, looks like this isnt possible to do, will have confirmation soon.

Hi, this is BR1000MS, have a few of these, some have the thumb press marks on the battery door to press IN then slide down. However the new ones do not.. and will not press in, cant get the battery door off to change the battery.
I though these were sealed, however the sticker on the base gives the battery replacement code. Anyone know how to get this door off/open to get the battery out?

Hi, i dont flirt, however ive seen a few women flirting then when the guy seems to make what appears to be a more direct move she ignores it, however few days or a week later right back at flirting again.
I know one where she blocked the read receipts on text messages so he had no idea if she read them, to me this is a red flag, and yet she continued flirting, i can only assume she enjoyed that level and nothing more. I will add others saw her do it, so this confuses me alot. I would of considered that genuine interest however no follow through seems to confirm the lack of.

Hi, have a 2026 Countryman with Active Cruise and drivers assist, nice features (also does self parking).
One day few months ago, message pops up being "Drivers assist is deactivated permanently", odd, next day, its fine, took it in, they see the error, apparently car doesnt log ANYTHING that created it, tech says change wind screen wipers (had them do it under warranty, after a small fight).... then later the screen was black, had to hard reset (volume knob down for 2 mins to rebooted it), that fixed it.
March firmware happens.... few weeks later same issue with the drivers assist, also notice the cruise wont work, stop the car, turn off, get out, back in, still not working, clean all the cameras outside and one of the dash, still not fix (all cameras work as the parking view works).
Again next time i drive, working perfectly... this seems to imply theirs a computer failure, anyone seen this before? car is new (under 7000km on the clock).

Hi, was talking with someone (at a client) who told me about an official Rolls Royce kit "upgrade" in the late 1970's for VW, we did some searching and he said "thats it", as in he had a VW and thought this was a cool upgrade at the time. He seem to remember this was about 1500 UK pounds, it was essentially a new hood for the VW and came with the Rolls Royce horn. This picture doesnt have the Spirit of Ecstasy , however it did come with it (and looked kinda large on that car)
Anyone seen any of these kits?
