Missing Scar

This has been on my mind for a couple years but from age ten up until two years ago I had a scar on the heel of my foot from planters wart removal. It was a huge scar compared to my heel and took up the majority of it, not something that is missable especially when you put on shoes and see it every day. One day I woke up and it was gone 🤷‍♀️ as if I never had the surgery. I asked my husband if he saw it maybe go away over time and I somehow didn’t notice but he was also confused when I noticed it. I feel like a clone o.o

I thought my family would care more?

I have two children, greatly spaced in age apart. My son is ten and my daughter is turning one in about a week. My family lives all across the country and physically we are a lot closer to my husband’s family.

When I had my son my family was so excited for him, so eager to help after he was born even though they were far away. Spoiled him for every birthday.

When my daughter was born there was barely any excitement. Very little help, no one asks about her no one has ever asked to see her. When they visit they spoil my son but barely look at my daughter. She’s the sweetest thing, never cries, a very easy child.

I just don’t get it and it’s made my husband and I very sad for her. He’s brought it up to his sister asking what it is for their side of the family and she’s stumped. I’ve asked my mom about why it’s like that for mine and she doesn’t get it either.

My son is a very good child and a very wonderful person, I’m not saying he’s undeserving of this attention. I just don’t get why she gets literally nothing. She is the only female grandchild on both sides. And there’s like twenty boys combined. I would’ve expected someone to ask to see her, like literally anyone. My mom does try to FaceTime, but like I said she is across the country so she can’t visit much.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Halloween Costumes

What have you worn under your vest for Halloween in the past? I’ve dressed up as my coworker before, but he and I want to do something funny this year.

Night Mode Game?

I’m looking for a cozy game to play in bed without a lot of light? My infant falls asleep like an hour or two before I can and I feel like most games are too bright and light up the room. Any ideas?

Ex’s Work Won’t File Garnishment

Has anyone else had this happen? The Child Support Division sent them a notice to set up my ex’s wage garnishment and gave the business six weeks to do so. It has now been six weeks and nothing was sent back to CSD from them. CSD said that they now have to contact the Prosecuting Attorney because the arrears are huge and not only may my ex face jail time but the business might be held liable for the total amount due. Has anyone else been in this situation? If so what happened as a result?

Experience on a Bank Levy

Has any Non-Custodial had a levy on their bank account for late arrears? I’m curious on how that works and what the experience is.

After six weeks

I contacted the child support division to go after my ex because he hasn’t been paying support in a long time. They contacted his employer and submitted paperwork to them and his new address and told me that if I haven’t received anything after six weeks to contact them and let them know. I tried calling the office to let them know that it’s been six weeks and still nothing but the line isn’t working. I’ll try again another day but does anyone know what happens after that six week mark? He’s over $18,000 in arrears currently.

Domestic Relations vs Child Support Division

I’ve always gone through the Child Support Division to find my ex’s new job and garnish wages like he’s court ordered to do. I saw a video on TikTok that was saying to do that through domestic relations instead. What is the difference? I don’t really know too much about domestic relations.

Stacked wage garnishment

I’ve been avoiding telling my employer about my wage garnishments and child support found me. I have two separate child supports, a wage garnishment through eviction, and another civil way garnishment. If child support found me did the other two find me as well? How does it all break down?

Helen’s Wedding

I really should have just skipped the whole season until her wedding because it was so sweet and her singing is so lovely.

But hot damn that season was bad.

My son sometimes tunes in with me to watch the show and after explaining a lot of things to him on character backstories and why adults do/say certain things, we both just don’t understand why this season was written this way. I LOOOOOVED how pretty Helen’s bachelorette party was, but the whole Alice In Wonderland theme throughout the entire season just felt tacky after their visit to the statue. It made Maddie unlikeable to me.

I just feel like these characters deserved better drama. It was pretty boring.

Wage Garnishment Reporting

So my ex never reports wage garnishment to his new employers and eventually I have to figure out where he works and then report it to the child support division in order to receive child support. I know he’s supposed to do it, he knows, he just doesn’t do it. Eventually when I take him back to court will it show in Discovery or anything else that he hasn’t been the one reporting it?

[MO] They left the state to avoid child support

I'm trying to figure out how to go about this and in reality how long it would take to just catch up to them. My ex who is supposed to have wage garnishment moved out of state to avoid paying child support, an eviction, and other legal troubles. Since they have started working again I still haven't received any child support and I haven't in three months. I can't imagine they are going to report the move change (even though that's against our parenting plan entirely too). The last two jobs l've had to figure out where they have worked and summon the child support office for them to go after him. My lawyer recommended not chasing after them this time so when I take them back to court I can show that not only did they leave state but Ty why also aren't setting up child support. But things are getting too tight and I'm getting worried. Are things eventually going to catch up? I googled the possibility of what could happen, like there's certain systems in our government that red flag (allegedly) that when someone gets hired that company is supposed to report it after 20 days and then wage garnishment finds them. But from others stories on the internet I've seen that that isn't guaranteed. Any advice on this? Or perspective?
